Cynthia Sorey Saw online that an express cut was $12.97 so I booked an appointment for that and it literally took 3 minutes or less because all I needed was a trim. Went to pay and it was $24 plus I left a $5 tip. Didnt feel like arguing about the price, but definitely wont go back. Didnt help that the stylist seemed like she doesnt like her job, or people. Not going to name drop, but I rather have someone with even just a small amount of personality and customer service. I probably would have had better luck striking up friendly conversation with a potato.

Shannon Bruner Very hostile environment with the 2 employees verbally arguing back and forth between the 2 in front of customers. Made our hairdresser angry. She did not even speak or offer any services or products there. She did not even introduce herself or attempt to communicate. Made it very awkward and uncomfortable. You should replace them with more friendly staff that makes customers want to return. I was nervous just being there. Wont be returning there and wont be referring anyone there. Please fix it so others might enjoy it.

Jacqueline Dutch First, I scheduled a shampoo, cut and style; which I did not get. I guess they don’t even look at what customers have scheduled online. Then I showed a picture of what cut I wanted. After 5 minutes of snipping, she asked, “How’s that?” I showed her the picture again; which showed a little shorter layers. She said, “You don’t have enough hair to do that.” I left it at that, and expected my shampoo and style. Instead she took the cape off of me and told me to have a good day. I also tried to converse a little with her while she was cutting, and she just ignored me. I will NEVER go back there again!
