Heidari Neda MD

Tiffany Potts I would highly recommend Dr. Heidari. I’ve been seeing her for about 13 years for multiple sclerosis, and I fully trust her as my neurologist. She is very knowledgeable and thorough—much more so than my previous neurologist. I believe she gives me the best care she can. The front office staff is always kind and welcoming, and her office is clean and modern.

Santa Paula Hospital

Janet Scott Nobody ever wants to have to go to the hospital especially not the emergency room but if you have to go picking Santa Paula hospital is a good choice. Everyone and I mean everyone treats you really nice. From the guard all the way to the doctor each person makes you feel at ease and treats you with concern and care. The male nurse and doctor I had were both so good-looking they could easily be mistaken for actors from general hospital. Makes not feeling good not so bad at all.

Micah J. Dickey, DO

Lisa Ayre-Smith I can understand the frustration about folks calling, but Ive only had problems getting through during the worst of COVID. This office is very busy. Suggestions are to use the Dignity Health patient portal to message your doctors medical assistant, and to always schedule your next appointment at the time of the prior appointment. I love the support staff here and have always found them positive and helpful. They work really hard and do the best they can! These are tough times for anyone working in a medical office! Literally everyone is understaffed, overwhelmed, and overworked right now. Dr. Dickey is an amazing doctor and really listens. Hes very savvy about trialing new meds (conservative but exploratory). He is up to date on current research and treats the whole person. He works a lot with veterans and is familiar with the issues commonly facing that population. Hes relatable and hilarious and always respectful of women.

Dr. Jacob West

Mark Fowler I had a follow-up appointment with Dr West after establishing primary care a few months back. I was impressed how well Dr West remembered me from my prior visit. He was very personable and took time to review my medical chart and listen to my questions and concerns. He was thoughtful and considerate in his medical analysis and recommendations demonstrating a wide working knowledge of medicine and patient care. Note: I appreciate that during my initial appointment to establish care Dr West put the time in to perform a meaningful and appropriately directed physical examination. From my experience too many providers haze over this meaningful practice. Im no expert but Im pretty sure you cant appropriately assess for heart arrhythmias, heart valve pathologies, or an enlarged heart from a 10-second exam.

Emergency Room at Dignity Health - St. Johns Regional Medical Center

Artch Yeomans On Thursday Morning around 10 AM March 21st, St Johns level of care ALWAYS exceeds my expectations from the ER triage to ER room. The nurses Nikki and the nurse filling in on her break were genuinely caring. I wished I was able to catch the other nurses name except she was so professional and caring it showed inside and out while she had business to do. I am so happy I got people who care from the guy taking me to the CT Scan which was broken but I managed to get to the other one. The fact the nurse Nikki could Instantly see I was in pain really speaks volumes. She was 100% correct. Its too easy for a Physicians assistant to assume I was okay after CT Scan showed that I had a UTi and dismissive about my pain and me passing kidney stones all night after the CT Scan. He just saw it as a UTI and maybe stones. Not cool. I asked many stones to find out theres more and not much can be done. I was still in pain but had to wait three hours in the hospital to get out just to get Vicodin from my pharmacy which is a joke at 3 hours after seeing the PA. I wouldnt mind waiting if it was an hour but 3 hours passed by after the PA had seen me. 3 hours of pain and discomfort. I would have been okay with a slow morphine shot even if they were not working well it would have helped due length of time. I will not let this lack of sympathy override what my nurses had for my well-being. Ive had a minor run in when I had my gall bladder taken out years ago here, but the nurses were my saving grace. If I could ever thank the ER triage for giving me in so quickly, I would do so. They were amazing too. Empathy kindness, and compassion are everything. All the nurses had shown great thought, good deeds, and kind words. Thank you to those who were helpful and not just merely pushing me out to get out their way and out of the hospital alone. Trust me I lost 3 thousand dollars during my stay. I really wanted to leave as much earlier as any person who lacks compassion for others to get them out ASAP. If I know if this is the mentality then so do other patients. That is a terrible model that goes against the essence of your hospitals motto. Ive been here for some emergencies and surgeries to know better. This place is above AMAZING because of Nikki.and her assistant nurse. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my wife thanks you too. Nikki and your fill in nurse ROCK. Raises are due. What great attitudes. I love it. Who wouldnt? Channel Islands Medical Group

Jessica Classic You couldnt ask for two more sincere, caring Drs. Dr. Sally has cared for my children since they were first born, 15 and 12 years. Because I loved her so much, I decided to make Dr. Dean my physician. They listen and take there time.

Academic Family Medicine Center

Jason Millis First timer here and hope my fantastic experience with the staff and Dr. Anders was not a fluke… The front desk was very nice and helpful. Above all, my visit with Dr. Robert Anders was amazing. He listened to my concerns with great interest and took the time to do a thorough evaluation. All In all, I feel like I’ve known him for years, and have 100% trust in him. He seems to really want to help me and the pains I have been dealing with for 10 years plus. I just hope he is never replaced by someone else like others complain about in the reviews? Because he is the nicest, intelligent, and caring Dr. I have ever had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we never discussed what I could get before my next visit. Meaning, meds, and or tips were given to help with my pain. Also, I needed to learn about getting help financially, how I have no disability insurance, and or money to pay for this visit? But, then again… how much can a Dr. do when he only has so much time for one appointment. (He spent an hour+). I’m very excited to see him again in hopes that he has a game plan, and I can get my life back on track asap. Also, I’m having difficulties with signing onto the app they have in order to be in touch with the Dr. And my medical file. But this is neither the Dr’s or the staffs problem.
