5 /5 Marlene Demattei: The two young ladies in the front were very pleasant. The waiting time was great. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. I saw Sean, I’m not sure if he’s a PA or a doctor. He was great. Nurse Amanda, such a sweetheart. She showed me how to use the crutches and helped me get to my car.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I barely had to wait before being seen. The medical team went above and beyond to address my concerns. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment options. The facility was clean, well-organized, and felt welcoming, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and compassion I received during a stressful time. 5 /5 Jan Knapp: Very professional urgent care. . Man at check in a bit but then nice and checkout was awesome. Doctor had me tested for Covid and RSV and all clear. Very very nice doctor and the gentleman who did the swab lest. Very happy at this urgent care

I simply scanned a bar code outside the office door, filled out the normal medical questions, provided my phone number and waited in my car until I was called. I even got in a small nap. When I got called I was admitted immediately. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the procedures they conducted, such as, an ekg, lab work and a health physical. They do a little more than other urgent cares I’ve been to. Thank you for such a pleasant and comfortable visit.
