Nickwoff ****TAKETHISCALL***** Ive been seeing Dr. Gwalani for about 8 months. I moved from a state in the south, and Dr. Gwalani has been able to give me answers for questions my other doctors couldnt over a 4 year period. His staff is nice and helpful, clean office, and cares about his patients.

L Chen Last year, my wife had her annual physical checkup at PAMF with her primary care doctor, gastroenterologist, and OB-GYN. About a year later, she received outstanding bills totaling over $3,000 for these visits. This came as a shock to us, especially since she had been paying high insurance premiums out of pocket while being unemployed. Fortunately, I was able to speak with Cherish from the billing department, who listened to our concerns and immediately looked into the matter. She resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. It was clear to us that she genuinely cares about helping patients. Both my wife and I are deeply grateful for Cherish’s support and the compassion she showed us. Her assistance made a difficult situation much easier to handle, and we truly appreciate her efforts!

Kapil Mohan He is a genuine, knowledgeable and a very honest about his medical profession. He is the doctor of my parents and he treats them very well. I would highly recommend him for his services. My father is a heart patient for many decades and he is taking good care of him. I am glad and thankful to him for keeping my father healthy and alive.

Lily Phan Dr. Agarwal is my moms doctor. He is very caring, accessible, and competent. My mom had undiagnosed sleep apnea with COPD for years. Dr. Agarwal diagnosed her with sleep apnea, and she has significant improved on the CPAP therapy. Her chronic headache, fatigue, and anxiety has lessen. She has more energy, better mood, and better sleeps in years. The doctor is also very accessible.We are able to call in when she has coughing problems and able to see the doctor the same day on multiple occasions. Dr. Agarwal took careful history notes of my moms conditions and progress so and follow up thoroughly. We completely trust his expertise. Highly recommend his care for your family.

Kate Betcher Everyone here was super nice and kind. The wait was long, not as long as they originally projected, but that made sense to me given it is the middle of cold, flu, and Covid season and a lot of people are sick. While I waited, they let me go grab lunch and come back without losing my place in line. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me checking me out and making sure I understood everything. It’s never fun to go to the urgent care, but this place is clean and has a comfortable waiting area and pleasant staff.

Cynthia Olavarria Dr Jayakar is amazing! She is an excellent listener, provides options for my concerns complete with the pros and cons and facilitates the discussion to come to a mutual decision, and then quickly follows-thru on the course of action. She is kind and personable and when I see her I feel as though I am her only patient. I feel as tho it’s taken me years to find a doctor with whom I connect, and I have finally found it in Dr. Jayakar.

Tamanna Haider One of the best medical practices in the Bay Area! The receptionist is always so accommodating and friendly, and no matter how busy it is, she always gives her undivided attention to every single person. If you’re looking for a doctor’s office that values your time and the quality of your experience, I highly recommend this place. Their level of professionalism is unmatched.

Chisom Been here for 7 years but recently, it has been going downhill. Sometimes I dont even see my primary doctor for months or years. Same as my mom, she has diabetes and only see her doctor every 3-4 months. Staff is nice but sometimes when you call to schedule an appointment they just hang up on you. I recommend other clinics just incase.
