Bob Cummings Dr Cohen was my fathers physician. My father had an appointment with Cohen, and he said to Dr. Cohen, he felt like going home drinking a 6 pack and committing suicide. Thats exactly what he did without Cohen committing him or tryed to call his family or anything!! Did not care enough for his position.

Rach Puentes Wanted to give 1 star because Dr Lewis is terrible. 2 stars because I really enjoyed Dr Dehkordi. I was having a miscarriage in my 9th week and I was told to come in immediately. I was brought into the room where I was met by Dr Lewis. He was so rude and told me to open up as he assisted with pulling out the tissue. That was excruciating pain with no medication. He stopped because I was moaning in pain and I would have scared the other patients. He tapped me on the legs as I was free to go and the miscarriage would take so many days with bleeding afterwards. My mom, who was in the room said that was the worst OB she has ever witnessed. As soon as I came out of the room the staff was so empathetic and I felt like I was in a twilight zone. The front staff and billing was so kind and patient, Dr Dehkordi was great, she was my regular provider and I always felt safe with her. Please, do not see Dr Lewis. He is so dry, lacks compassion and just does a “job”

Lola Yates Taylor Vet Hospital saved my dogs life. I was quoted an egregious amount of money at another vet hospital in Modesto. They wanted, on the high end, $5,889 upfront. Of course, my family did not have the means for that. Not only did TVH estimate in the two thousand range, they ended up giving me a refund from my initial deposit. The total for services was $1,199. They treated me and my chihuahua with compassion and care. The vet was kind and explained everything throughly. I will forever be indebted to them for giving me the option of having my baby with me longer. You can tell that they truly care about you and the well-being of your fur babies.

Buster G I am here with my mother in the Telemetry Rooms. Charge nurse is Brenda and the room nurse is Natalie. Edited portion: The night nurse on duty Patricia of Tuesday march 14 2023 7pm to 7am is another perfect example of rude behavior towards my mother. Can’t wait to meet her!! The assisting nurse is Sonia who has been very nice and attentive to my mothers needs. The nursing staff I think are on a 12 hour shift then possibly a 3 or 4 day work week. And then I’m sure there’s mandatory overtime because at times I think they are understaffed. So that being said I can understand why nurses may forget or simply just don’t have time to attend to every patient’s requests. However I feel that communication is the key. Honest communication and not empty promises. And then that being said. My mother’s RN is Natalie today, the second day I’ve seen her work with my mom. One notable quality I’ve seen is that Natalie is unable to smile. Not once has this girl shown any type of cheerfulness in her job. Even her voice is very monotone. But that just may be the place she’s in her life’s struggle. I say struggle because she doesn’t seem very happy while doing her job. But that is no reason for letting her patients suffer for her inequities. But again I don’t know her. I am only going by example through her services to my mother. Perhaps others are receiving excellent nursing care from her. And that being said I noticed other nurses who show the same type of attitude. As if the patients are bothering them or impeding on their day making it difficult for them to do their job. This type of job I feel requires a sense of humanity and a humbleness that will allow them to have feelings for the patients who are suffering in pain or discomfort. My mother did not want to be here. She did not make reservations and book a room for vacation at the Emmanuel Medical Center. This is where the ambulance brought her during a heart attack. We are grateful to the paramedics for saving her life. The next step is to get her back home. The hospital is working on this but it takes time. Meanwhile I can only be here at my mothers side to ensure her comfort while she’s here. So that being said if you have a family or loved one that has to be at this hospital be vigilant and watch and ask about everything be done. Medications and treatments all have to be scrutinized with the staff so that the correct care is given to the correct patient.

Andrea Bell While the wait time was less than desireable the service of staff and care of Dr. Lee was wonderful. I had a chalazian on my upper eyelid for well over a year. I had been scared to get it taken care of, not even knowing the details of how it would be done. They didnt judge me for how long I had it but acted quickly to get it taken care of that day and put my nerves at ease. Dr. Lee was wonderful and so were his staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Richard Kline Dr. Lee did cataract procedures on both my eyes for me recently and they turned out awesome! The office staff was pleasant and helpful and wait times were reasonable. Dr. Lee didnt talk much but he did a great job on my eyes!

Mario Davis First time this has happened at this hospital it really depends on the time slot you go. I was 3rd patient of the night I will call them my dream team. Very friendly gentlemen at the sign in window the very kind male triage nurse who knows how to be professional and amazing. Then Alex my male nurse was outstanding then I lucked out and got Dr Cervantes who not only showed that he genuinely cared about how he doctors and showed real concern for the most painful UTI that rivaled tooth pain. I was in such pain I thank the Lord that I got the dream team I got. I was even offered pain medication in the form of morphine. I was took care of so well, this doctor ran additional test just to make sure I wouldnt be back in. Hands down 10 out of 10. I arrived at 2:30 am, again once shift change occurred I was left with a new team. The standard that the hospital is use to which was terrible. Not the same care, rudeness, rolling of the eyes the regular treatment I always expect when visiting the hospital. So I was quite in shock to be giving the dream team that I got. Thank you triage nurse, Alex, and a special thanks to the Dr. I never knew that it was even possible to be cared for by the staff and boy was I wrong. God Bless you all.

Robair Macias Absolutely LOVE Dr Sanchez and his staff. Ive been going to him for over 8 years and am currently pregnant and he will be delivering this baby as well. He is very thorough and direct, which I completely respect. But hes also kind and caring and always listens to any concerns. Would recommend and have recommended to many women.

Cody Manning This vet office saved us from having a horrible day after rescuing a kitten. We saved a kitten from being run over in the middle of the road, eyes closed shut from an upper respiratory infection. We first went to Monte Vista emergency vet. They were unfortunately closed because of the Holiday weekend. Called and asked if they humanely take cats in and said they could so we went to the emergency Vet off Taylor. After waiting around for about 4 hours they told me they could not euthanize the cat. My wife and I were pissed we waited 4 hours because we wanted to humanely surrender a kitten we wanted to save and not kill! The vets office inside of this petco has individuals that truly care for animals. Even without an appointment they were able to squeeze us in to get an emergency visit, clean the kitten, and provide medication. It was very heartwarming to know that there are amazing people working there. I didn’t catch the receptionists name but I would like to thank her for checking with the vet and getting us in. Thank you as well to Jessica the vet tech, and the vet whose name escapes me. You all are amazing people.
