5 /5 Cody Manning: This vet office saved us from having a horrible day after rescuing a kitten. We saved a kitten from being run over in the middle of the road, eyes closed shut from an upper respiratory infection. We first went to Monte Vista emergency vet. They were unfortunately closed because of the Holiday weekend. Called and asked if they humanely take cats in and said they could so we went to the emergency Vet off Taylor. After waiting around for about 4 hours they told me they could not euthanize the cat. My wife and I were pissed we waited 4 hours because we wanted to humanely surrender a kitten we wanted to save and not kill! The vets office inside of this petco has individuals that truly care for animals. Even without an appointment they were able to squeeze us in to get an emergency visit, clean the kitten, and provide medication. It was very heartwarming to know that there are amazing people working there. I didn’t catch the receptionists name but I would like to thank her for checking with the vet and getting us in. Thank you as well to Jessica the vet tech, and the vet whose name escapes me. You all are amazing people.

5 /5 Julie Haskett: Hospital Staff was so sweet when I needed to bring in my puppy and answered all my questions and concerns. They spend the time to go over everything and make sure you feel satisfied before you leave.

5 /5 Kim Klardie: This Medical center is polite, prompt and truly care about your pets health and well being. They explain to you procedures needed and give you a look at X-rays and such and a fact sheet to whats going on with your pet. Their a wonderful professional team. I trust them with all my pets. I know my pets will get quality care.

5 /5 Bluesmoke59: We have 2 very different dogs, a 15.5 yo F Husky and a 5.5 yo F Cane Corso. For Wellness checks, I thought the clinic was thorough and resolved an issue we had with an ear infection in our Cane Corso with cleaning and medication. We got good advice about our concerns with our aging Husky. They took time with us and we didnt feel rushed through.

1 /5 Joseph Loewinsohn: The vets are top notch. Dr Quinley is probably the best veterinarian I have ever worked with. That being said. The front office that runs this place is the worst I have ever had contact with, in my entire 50 years of taking pets to veterinary offices. They never answer the phone. They dont return messages. When your Veterinary Pharmacy calls to verify a prescription for a refill or an order? They will not answer the phone or return the call. When you call them upset, because your pets vital Life Giving prescription has been delayed by a week or more, because they dont answer the phone or return messages. They will argue with you and have an attitude. Sorry but you could throw a rock out of a window, and hit a better front veterinary office, then this place. Caveat Emptor.
