5 /5 Mario Davis: First time this has happened at this hospital it really depends on the time slot you go. I was 3rd patient of the night I will call them my dream team. Very friendly gentlemen at the sign in window the very kind male triage nurse who knows how to be professional and amazing. Then Alex my male nurse was outstanding then I lucked out and got Dr Cervantes who not only showed that he genuinely cared about how he doctors and showed real concern for the most painful UTI that rivaled tooth pain. I was in such pain I thank the Lord that I got the dream team I got. I was even offered pain medication in the form of morphine. I was took care of so well, this doctor ran additional test just to make sure I wouldnt be back in. Hands down 10 out of 10. I arrived at 2:30 am, again once shift change occurred I was left with a new team. The standard that the hospital is use to which was terrible. Not the same care, rudeness, rolling of the eyes the regular treatment I always expect when visiting the hospital. So I was quite in shock to be giving the dream team that I got. Thank you triage nurse, Alex, and a special thanks to the Dr. I never knew that it was even possible to be cared for by the staff and boy was I wrong. God Bless you all.

1 /5 Michael Camacho: On Thursday night, I was going to give Oak Valley a 2nd chance. As I got there, the check in receptionist was rude from the beggining she was talking to another guy and its almost as we interepted their conversation. I told them the reason as to why I was there, and they seemed to think it was the stupidest reason ever and that the doctor was going to send me home regardless. I could tell they didnt want to check me in, and then the other guy says we can check you in while the first girl is just sitting there looking at me as if I have face paint on my face or something. I went to Memorial in Modesto. No comments were made; they checked me in immediately and gave me proper care. Dont waste your time coming here. I learned my lesson, finally.

5 /5 Rebecca Bailey: Showed up here today; barely able to breathe and coughing. I stopped at the entrance; was noticed immediately with a super kind lady yelling “get her!”. I thought I was in trouble but she could tell I was struggling. I had an allergic reaction and felt myself going south pretty fast. From the moment I stepped in the place and left- the team treated me with professional kindness and compassion. I wish had gotten everyone’s name. Thank you for being my team today. With chronic pain and diagnosis; some care teams seem to get tired of you coming into ER. Thank you Ms Lab I needed your encouragement and kindness today. You are all in my thoughts and sending you best wishes!!! Great teamwork.

1 /5 Melissa S: Went in told them my underlying conditions when asked and when documenting the nurse was irritated she had to document my issues and was being really rude taking deep breathes as if helping me was a big deal then they put me in a bed in back asked them I need to see dr do u know how much longer i have asthma and having a really hard time breathing coughing really sick i dont have my inhailor and nurse says dont know what to tell u its er then talk then go sit down to talk about how the taco truck is coming to the hospital with security and the doctors as im coughing choking on flim from being sick. I understand their is a wait but you shouldnt make people feel uncomfortable your their to help people not treat them like crap like you have to help them. I was having asthma attack from being sick needed breathing treatment and I couldnt get the care that I deserved i never even got looked at by a nurse just locked in a room told to shut up and wait

1 /5 Markee Andrade: They are terrible here at the ER in Oakdale. They dont even get your insurance then bill you. They treat you like crap. Only 1 good nurse on duty out of at least 10 different ones. Listened to one lady/nurse talk about her personal business and not getting time off. Just unprofessional. They also never find the issue of what we checked in for. Its like a waste of time. Im glad we havent died yet.
