Mandy Gomes The medical center is very nice compared to other medical centers I have been to. Every appointment I have only had to wait no longer than 10 minutes to be Called back into my room. From then it was about 20 minutes u til she came into see me. Which isnt very long at all compared to some offices which the wait is at least 1-2 hours (even with an appointment). The employees are very helpful and patient. Ive had some issues which caused me to be in contact with the office and this certain employee for a couple days and she helped me tremendously. Thank you Cathleen for helping me and not treating me as a problem. She was so busy yet still had the time to help me with me issue. Dr. Spaulding is very nice and patient as well. I feel comfortable telling her my health problems without feeling judgment. She also isnt constantly looking at the clock to get to next patient. She gives me my time and really listens and cares about me. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone of my family members!!!

Lois Day My visit with my Doctor Kaitlyn Grayson today was great. Shes an excellent Doctor. Im so glad I switched to her over a year ago. Shes patient and she doesnt make you feel rushed. Shes very pleasant to interact with. I feel like Im in good hands with her.

E Suzanne (K) This is actually a pretty decent place to stay. They have breakfast in the morning. They are right off of 99. We stayed on the east side of the building and we did not hear any freeway noises. So if that would be an issue, you may want to inquire. The staff were all very nice, the rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were good. I like soft pillows they had three on my bed and my dad likes heart pillows so they had two soft and one hard for him. The A/C and heater worked good. They have a pool and jacuzzi however we did not use either one of them because the weather wasnt nice enough. Thank you to all of the staff and front desk people for making our stay comfortable.

Alice Nicastro We have been going to this Urgent Care for many years. We have always received the best care. The physicians and office staff are very polite and respectful. Many times the physician will call the next day to see how you are feeling. One time when I had Covid we were trying to find a pharmacy that had the antibiotic and although the office was closed they stayed open for me until we found a pharmacy that had the medication. Fantastic office...

Lana ILoveAmerica All of the Drs and Nurses were FANTASTIC yesterday, they were VERY NICE AND HELPFUL!! Ive had a few surgeries there and they have always treated me VERY WELL!!! Thank you all for being understanding while I was in so much pain!!!

Jey Uso I moved here 3 days ago. And had to come into this local hospital! Let me tell you this.... every nurse in the E.R. and everyone that got me site up in my room you ALL are so great. You made feel relaxed even tho I was hurting lol. Even the guy up front when I came in was great calm cool and the dietary girls that came in were very on point super. I feel like I met like 20 ppl but it was great everyone was just great at what they were doing period. You all made it easy and heres Some name drops ! CINDY, BETH, JENNIFER, MARIA, polish, deigo, Natalie, Yvonne ,Teri!! Cheers really thank! Oh and got my jello!!!! And I can not for get about the night crew they were also sweet, fast to bring me so.ething if o needed it like water and tea. There the best out here! Austin, jen, sun, Imee! Andrea Bell While the wait time was less than desireable the service of staff and care of Dr. Lee was wonderful. I had a chalazian on my upper eyelid for well over a year. I had been scared to get it taken care of, not even knowing the details of how it would be done. They didnt judge me for how long I had it but acted quickly to get it taken care of that day and put my nerves at ease. Dr. Lee was wonderful and so were his staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Carol Cenedese Besides the fact it was a bit hard to get in touch with them over the phone (I was kept on hold for a while due to they being very busy). Once the call went through, only good experiences! Friendly staff, fast, and professional service once youre there! Highly recommended!
