LINDA LUVSLADY Why confirm your appointments, when all they do is reschedule them after waiting for months. Doctor is always on vacation or not in. After reading reviews not happy and very concern about my medical needs being met!

Pita Ramirez On the last visit that I took one of my daughters was for stomach pain. We had schedule an appointment for her and was seen an hour later after the appointment. when she came in the room she looked high as a kite mumbling her words and stumbling. She has canceled many appointments for both of my daughters a day before or same day of appointment. Decently didnt feel she was a safe provider for my daughter or responsible for her patients.

Nico Mercado I believe that the doctor was excellent the way he explained the procedures and the way he read all the reports. I thought he was fantastic very understanding, very compassionate and had the patience in him. All is well, so I really appreciate him explaining everything in the procedure as it’s gonna go along way. So yes, I recommend this doctor and coastal or anyone to be seen by them. Lisa Ayre-Smith I can understand the frustration about folks calling, but Ive only had problems getting through during the worst of COVID. This office is very busy. Suggestions are to use the Dignity Health patient portal to message your doctors medical assistant, and to always schedule your next appointment at the time of the prior appointment. I love the support staff here and have always found them positive and helpful. They work really hard and do the best they can! These are tough times for anyone working in a medical office! Literally everyone is understaffed, overwhelmed, and overworked right now. Dr. Dickey is an amazing doctor and really listens. Hes very savvy about trialing new meds (conservative but exploratory). He is up to date on current research and treats the whole person. He works a lot with veterans and is familiar with the issues commonly facing that population. Hes relatable and hilarious and always respectful of women.

alejandra gonzalez If I could give 0 stars I would waited 2 months for my appointment for them to cancel it the same morning offered me an appointment until april! another 2 months very unprofessional cant get a hold of them on the phone have you on hold for 45+ minutes

TJ O Sherman is one of the best family doctors I’ve ever had. He is incredibly compassionate and listens. He has a capacity to bring lots of information together and help you find the best course of treatment. It’s not a big office or a fancy place, but that’s where you can’t judge a book by its cover. He has a great office staff and their genuine care and concern for your well-being is felt. I first met him through my mom when we moved here for what we thought was a short time to take care of her. After we decided to move here long-term and get insurance for this state, he wasn’t under my plan. I decided to stay with him and pay separate because I trust him more than any other doctor, and I have seen a lot of doctors. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his patients. He has truly made my life better.
