1 /5 Alexis K: This is basically rural medicine and rural medicine is not the same as regular medicine. My Ms Coleman, decided not to follow the instructions from my neurologist. And she decided that she was gonna pick and choose what was gonna be done. But in the meantime after six weeks nothing was done. She also had me lie to say I had a lump in my breast when I didnt. I would cant recommend this place to anybody. Unless youre super healthy and dont need a lot of medical help. I recently switched to. U C Davis in Elk Grove and all my tests have been ordered, today.

5 /5 Trisha D: UPDATE: Google isnt allowing me to do a second separate review, so here is a new December 2024 review: I had an urgent care matter and the entire clinic took excellent care of me! Dr. Mosson, got me in at the last minute (the clinic closes at 5pm, and it was 4p.m. that I had an urgent matter), Ms. Crowe did an amazing and expert job treating me, Mary, Shelly and Tina helped in detail with the financial end, and several other staff members (whom I dont remember their name) also were great. This is an extremely dedicated clinic, and Valley Springs is fortunate to have such an amazing Wellness-Medical Clinic! Past Review: I love the Valley Spring Health and Wellness Clinic! I am so grateful for my two doctors: Dr. James Mosson and Dr. Rhoda Nussbaum. Dr. Mosson, a primary-care doctor, is extremely empathetic and down-to-earth. He takes time to research possible new cures for illnesses, listens extremely well, and is very knowledgeable about chronic illnesses. He has been a true support system for me for over 2 years. I am deeply grateful for his professional care, time, and patience. Dr. Nussbaum, my gynecologist, volunteers her time and she is one of the most thorough gynecologists I have ever had. With a sweet disposition, she explains all the possible needed tests, the pros and cons of each test, and why some are more important than others. She encourages you to make the final decision. Both of the doctors could be enjoying a retirement of golfing and cruising, but instead they both are dedicated to working post-retirement age in a rural community that is in great need of doctors. They are angels! I am so grateful for both of their services. The entire staff - both in front and back areas - also have been nothing less than superb, always friendly and professional. The entire office suite is contemporary, clean and relaxing. It is a gemstone in our little town!

5 /5 Anne Calavan: Appreciate the care here very much. Dr Salom is a very attentive and thoughtful MD. Dr Smart has also helped and supported our family…. Even on a weekend phone call. Our disabled daughter receives great dental care also here. Very grateful to have the Health and Wellness Center here in Valley Springs….. all the staff are caring and respectful … without exception!

5 /5 Melissa Hart: I am extremely impressed with the Valley Springs Health and Wellness Center, especially their Dental Department. From my sons dentist to the receptionist were absolutely amazing. I cant thank you enough! you all do amazing work and we are so thankful!

1 /5 chuck k: I was in there back in August and had an appointment to come back in 30 days which they changed to a phone appointment. Between that time I was supposed to be set up for appointments to have labs, see a couple different specialists and so on. So I do the phone appointment and it seemed like she knew nothing about what had went on before so I had to ask all the questions about the labs and other specialist. Great so then she tells me that don’t worry they will set everything up and will call me. Ok. I was charged a office visit for a 10 minute phone call.. They sent 1 prescription to a pharmacy in Folsom and 1 to Lodi and have got nothing sense but a bill so I called back and they tell me we will check into it and call you back. That was in November. Nothing sense. I called again 2 weeks ago to change Dr. and they say they had to ask about it and will call me back. Never called me back again!! I’m done with this place!! I’m going to go somewhere that Atleast pretends to care about the patients!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
