Taylor Kline I had an incredible experience with the labor and delivery team, and I cant thank them enough for their care and support throughout the process. My nurse, Lexie, was absolutely outstanding. She brought such great energy to the room and made me feel at ease every step of the way. She was attentive, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference during such an intense time. Dr. Tow, my delivery OB, was also amazing. From start to finish, Dr. Tow was professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate how focused they were on ensuring everything went smoothly, including making sure I didn’t tear during delivery. Their expertise and care made me feel safe and well-cared for throughout the whole experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to the other nurses who were with me during active labor. Though I didn’t catch their names, their energy and encouragement were so uplifting. They were right there, cheering me on and supporting me through each contraction, and I honestly can’t express enough how much it meant to have their positive energy in the room. I am so grateful to the whole team for making such an important moment in my life feel as calm and positive as possible. Thank you for everything!

Betty Cunningham This hospital is wonderful! My boyfriend has had 2 very tricky surgeries there and did great!! I go there for every kind of test you can think of, and they are so good and cheerful when in testing.

Trisha D UPDATE: Google isnt allowing me to do a second separate review, so here is a new December 2024 review: I had an urgent care matter and the entire clinic took excellent care of me! Dr. Mosson, got me in at the last minute (the clinic closes at 5pm, and it was 4p.m. that I had an urgent matter), Ms. Crowe did an amazing and expert job treating me, Mary, Shelly and Tina helped in detail with the financial end, and several other staff members (whom I dont remember their name) also were great. This is an extremely dedicated clinic, and Valley Springs is fortunate to have such an amazing Wellness-Medical Clinic! Past Review: I love the Valley Spring Health and Wellness Clinic! I am so grateful for my two doctors: Dr. James Mosson and Dr. Rhoda Nussbaum. Dr. Mosson, a primary-care doctor, is extremely empathetic and down-to-earth. He takes time to research possible new cures for illnesses, listens extremely well, and is very knowledgeable about chronic illnesses. He has been a true support system for me for over 2 years. I am deeply grateful for his professional care, time, and patience. Dr. Nussbaum, my gynecologist, volunteers her time and she is one of the most thorough gynecologists I have ever had. With a sweet disposition, she explains all the possible needed tests, the pros and cons of each test, and why some are more important than others. She encourages you to make the final decision. Both of the doctors could be enjoying a retirement of golfing and cruising, but instead they both are dedicated to working post-retirement age in a rural community that is in great need of doctors. They are angels! I am so grateful for both of their services. The entire staff - both in front and back areas - also have been nothing less than superb, always friendly and professional. The entire office suite is contemporary, clean and relaxing. It is a gemstone in our little town!

VloggerGirl93 There facility is awful took myself there because I needed help for suicidal thoughts and they locked me in a room with no windows or anything and there was a concrete bed and the help there is a joke. I waited 2 days to see a doctor. They didnt even meet with me for two days.. I wanted out of there and they didnt let me even though it was my right to let myself out of there as I took myself there. They need to be shut down its ridiculous and so unclean too there was dirt and dist everywhere.

Ahmad Shumays My experience with Mark Twain Hospital dates back 21 years to 2004. I am fully satisfied with the wonderful medical and clinical services provided to me and my wife. The professional, caring, and compassionate attitude of the staff, and the availability of state of the art medical equipment are truly remarkable.

Rose Ive been a patient at the clinic for about a year now. The staff has always been so kind and helpful! If you have an issue with anything involving your care, the staff will bend over backwards to make sure youre taken care of. The facility itself is clean and very professional. The one thing I dont like (not against the staff at all) is that theres no ob/gyn providers in the clinic and the VA will only provide one kind of birth control to all female veterans. As in, one formulation of the birth control pill. No other kinds of birth control pills, no IUDs, no patches, no nuva rings, no birth control shots. The VA Healthcare system isnt set up to serve female veterans, period.
