Maura Grant I came in without an appointment on Saturday, due to dizziness and experiencing vertigo. They were very caring and were able to see me within just a few minutes. After seeing the doctor, and thinking I had something in my ear, I was diagnosed with Vertigo. Dr. Laura Keller performed and showed me an exercise to do at home for the next several days. After she performed these exercises I felt much better. She spent a lot of time explaining the causes, cures, and future issues I should be aware of. I felt very cared for. They were all very professional, and accommodating. This is not my first visit to James Dalton Medical Center. Living in our rural area, I feel secure and confident I can get the care needed having this facility and their staff close by. Thank you all for your compassion, understanding and treatment. Betty Cunningham This hospital is wonderful! My boyfriend has had 2 very tricky surgeries there and did great!! I go there for every kind of test you can think of, and they are so good and cheerful when in testing.

Sara Girton Dr. Shane Patterson does not sugar coat things, and dont you want that from someone whos job it is to keep you alive? I respect his honesty and ability to diagnose medical issues. He does not over-complicate things, and he does not let political correctness get in the way of dispensing the truth. I think its refreshing, even though others might get offended. He is your doctor, hes not paid to be your friend.

Taylor Kline I had an incredible experience with the labor and delivery team, and I cant thank them enough for their care and support throughout the process. My nurse, Lexie, was absolutely outstanding. She brought such great energy to the room and made me feel at ease every step of the way. She was attentive, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference during such an intense time. Dr. Tow, my delivery OB, was also amazing. From start to finish, Dr. Tow was professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate how focused they were on ensuring everything went smoothly, including making sure I didn’t tear during delivery. Their expertise and care made me feel safe and well-cared for throughout the whole experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to the other nurses who were with me during active labor. Though I didn’t catch their names, their energy and encouragement were so uplifting. They were right there, cheering me on and supporting me through each contraction, and I honestly can’t express enough how much it meant to have their positive energy in the room. I am so grateful to the whole team for making such an important moment in my life feel as calm and positive as possible. Thank you for everything!

Karen Im not too sure why this place has a less than perfect rating. I have always had great care here and not usually a long wait time. I actually prefer this urgent care over ANY other urgent care in Merced county. I have been here for a wide range of medical issues, from being sick to having stitches in my leg, they are always great here! IMO.

Ahmad Shumays My experience with Mark Twain Hospital dates back 21 years to 2004. I am fully satisfied with the wonderful medical and clinical services provided to me and my wife. The professional, caring, and compassionate attitude of the staff, and the availability of state of the art medical equipment are truly remarkable.
