1 /5 Mercedes: ***Beware with this inconsiderate location: 31775 De Portola Rd Ste. 100, Temecula, CA 92592*** I came to this Imaging Center today 03/18/2025 and I was very irritated and upset that I will never return to this location. I made my appointment a week ago for 03/18/2025 at 2:55pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and stated to the girl that took my information that I was there for my 2:55pm appointment. After waiting over an hour, I approached the front desk to ask why if I had an appointment, I was coming into an hour still waiting for them to call me back. She stated that my appointment was at 3:50. I told her no, I made my appointment for 2:55pm and even showed her my appointment reminder and it said 2:55pm. All she could say was, I dont know why they changed it and not advise you. I told her even when I checked in and stated my appointment time, that person said nothing about my appointment being at 3:50pm. No one gave me the courtesy of asking if that time change would work. People plan their lives around appointments and to have this place waste my time for their BS is inconsiderate. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

5 /5 Tamara St. Romain: Pleasantly impressed. Schedule my appointment online yesterday for 5pm today 4/2/25. I showed up at 4:50pm today, got checked in, insurance verified and copay collected. I was called back around 5:05pm and out by 5:10pm. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming. Great customer service!

5 /5 L Baker: Fantastic staff. Checked is in quickly and easily. Thought we would be waiting a long time because we didnt have an appointment, but we only waited about 10 minutes. X-ray tech was very kind and patient with my 93 year old Dad. Would recommend!

1 /5 Mychelle Manriquez: Horrible experience ! From waiting almost 2hrs when barely anyone is in waiting room and you are asked to show up 20min prior to visit! Then they have tv that is on but they tell you they can’t turn it to a program however it shows clear as day hit menu for a show! 6 people asking if we could just have on anything while extra waiting! Then the office staff fib about information and make up stuff when called out! Manager or whoever is not friendly and is upsetting to a lot of people! Hearing another patient outside irate about how he was treated only confirmed for us too! This is the murrieta Temecula valley imaging in murrieta !
