Dr.Phelps and Dr.Connie truly care about your wellbeing and take the time to discuss and investigate your concerns. I love that they are connected the 24hr urgent care so they can easily access my records if necessary. Online scheduling is a breeze. I recommend Temecula Family Medicine if you are looking to get friendly quality care.

5 /5 Shearl Purcell: Ive recently restarted my medical health journey after several years of avoiding doctors due to medical gaslighting, insurance issues, etc. Finding Dr. Connie and Dr. Phelps has been a blessing. They are professional and arent just there to prescribe something for a particular ailments. They aim to find each patient quality of life and they take the time to listen and understand each patient and give them the respect and humanity they need, which makes a scary journey like getting medical help feel not as overwhelming through their reassurance. Also the nurses, especially Bethany (sp) have been kind, responsive and helpful. Plus their digital patient portal makes it easier to view medical records, test results, doctor recommendations all in one source. The practice is fresh, clean and organized, though small, which only concerns me since at how busy theyll be once more word gets out at how great this practice is!

My issue has always been I have a phobia with getting my blood pressure taken unfortunately it’s psychological and my doctors have never been able to understand that so like with most doctors, they see that your blood pressure is high and they right away. Want to change up your blood pressure and that is where I’ve always had. The major concern is that finding a good doctor that is willing to understand that it’s something I can’t control but because my blood pressure is high the medication doesn’t seem to be working and that’s not the case. so of course I chose this clinic as my new doctor due to the high rating but as always blood pressure is high and right away they want to change my blood pressure medication instead of trying to understand my situation. I truly appreciate the friendly staff, but this is why medicine is not always the best and most cases.

I was seen promptly by Dr. Allen Phelps who Ive seen before at 24hr Urgent Care. Im not the easiest patient always having a lot of questions, but he answers every one of them. He makes you feel like your concern is his concern. Selfless, trustworthy, extensively knowledgeable! A gift to his patients. You could say, "I highly recommend."
