Steven Granados I have take all 5 of my kids here my oldest now being 26 and have never had any issues with the Drs at all. I love Dr Johnson and Clifford. I feel like they are so caring and compassionate. I love that they are connected with Radys as well since one of my kids is T1D. Idk why i see so many bad reviews its really hard to believe people have waited so long i literally have never waited more then 10 mins to be taken back. But realistically I dont think Ive ever walked in any of my own dr appts and was taking right back so 10 min wait is nothing. The MAs that we have had are all great as well. Thank you to the RedHawk Team for being so awesome!

Xtina Rockett Ive never felt more cared for at a doctors office! Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr.Phelps and Dr.Connie truly care about your wellbeing and take the time to discuss and investigate your concerns. I love that they are connected the 24hr urgent care so they can easily access my records if necessary. Online scheduling is a breeze. I recommend Temecula Family Medicine if you are looking to get friendly quality care.

L I went in to see Dr Satinder Mann for a nerve conduction test. She was absolutely wonderful and kept me feeling comfortable through out the whole test. This isnt a pain free type thing either. Super grateful that I was able to see her because this was the best experience Ive had with a doctor throughout my health troubles. She was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the way and was able to give me great advice. I wish she could be my doctor permenantly.

Melanie Lui Received good care the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital while on a trip to CA from Hawaii. However, the billing (Laperouse) for the the ER doctor sucks! They sent me a bill for the full amount. When I called they said they did not have my health insurance info (dual coverage). I gave them the info. A month later they send me a "Final Notice" bill for the full amount. Fortunately, I called my insurance carrier and they said a claim was in process. When I called Laperouse, the guy said to just disregard the bill. Hoping that the claim goes through soon and that I dont hear again from the billing company!

Nicole Razon Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean. The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped. The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours. Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!
