5 /5 Lora Hebert: My experience at Sutter Urgent care in Yuba City was excellent! We visited at about 10:00 AM on a Friday and waited only 10 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. Once in the exam room we waited only 5 minutes for the PA who immediately swabbed my nose and ordered an X-ray. The X-ray was done 5 minutes later and the PA came in with the results not 10 minutes later. We were in and out in less than 1 hour. I cant imagine a better Urgent Care experience.

5 /5 Lynda Vanartsdalen: I have gone here twice in the last 3 weeks. I did not have to wait long at all. It all went so smoothly. Restored my faith in urgent care! Please keep up the good work! The waiting room was EMPTY! This was a first for me!

3 /5 JEFFREY OLSON: Got there at 825 with 2 people in line ahead of me. Got registered 12 minutes later (pretty slow). Put in a waiting room and waiting like 10 minutes. Thats good time wise. Got taken back to the room and vitals done by about 855. At 939 I had to leave the room to see if I was forgotten about. The nurse was nice. About another 10 minutes and the doc came in. Overall treatment was great but check in clerk is crazy slow and wait time in room was too long. Doctor treatment was very solid though.

1 /5 Mrs. Bisby: I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. I’ve been battling an illness for the past three weeks, including symptoms such as a persistent fever, severe body aches, chills, extreme congestion, and significant chest pressure. Despite this, the doctors were unable to offer any relief. I rarely visit the doctor, as you can see in my chart, but after spending four hours in the office and undergoing tests, the best outcome they could provide was to send me home with no treatment plan. I understand that not every condition can be easily diagnosed or treated, but I left feeling disappointed and frustrated, especially considering my symptoms continue to worsen. While I do appreciate the courteous and professional staff, I felt that the medical team did not adequately address my concerns or offer any meaningful assistance.

5 /5 NANA DONNA: First time visit to Sutter Urgent Care and they were great. They all were friendly and patient with me. Check-In was a breeze. Young woman getting vitals was friendly and efficient. Dr. was friendly, listened to my issue and prescribed what was needed. Highly recommend.
