Vika Dmitriyeva This is honestly the only place I trust with my life, I mean my car. Everything was seamless from the moment a tree fell on my car, (funny now, not when it happened) taking out the entire back of it, including wiper and all when the storms started. Arthur (the owner) is the most professional and pleasant person to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make my Porsche SUV look literally brand new. They do an incredible job and really make sure to take care of their customers. He even fixed a few other small things I needed, I felt very grateful and pleasantly surprised. Very timely and amazing service. 10/10! Thank you very much!

Drake Piscione I rarely leave reviews, but I had to after working with them to replace my clutch. Everyone there was genuinely kind and easy to talk to—just good people all around. They replaced my clutch in seven hours when the website said it could take up to ten! On top of that, they were completely transparent about pricing and even gave me a discount (because it took them less time) 100% would recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time my car decides to fall apart. Allan Schare Johnny, Devon and Alex at Superformance are all trusted professionals who not only take care of of your car but do so honestly. They will recommend repairs, but not push you to do them immediately if they are not urgent. I’ve been using them on several BMWs for six years and recommend that you do so as well.

Heather Freed I just moved to Highland Park a couple months ago and was so daunted by finding a new mechanic. I came here because it’s walking distance to my place but wow, I’m so relieved. I got my power steering done which I’m not so sure about the average pricing, but I asked about fixing my AC compressor and it ended up being a bit cheaper then my old, long time mechanic quoted me. The owner is so nice and I’m so grateful to have found a good place. I highly recommend

Robin Hosford I was ran off the road by a careless driver. Once my wheel and tire (under warranty) were replaced elsewhere, I was advised about mechanical issues that could impact my new tires warranties. I was aware that my drivers side axel was broken, so I searched for a reputable repair shop close to home. Mid City Complete Auto had the best reviews overall within a 5 mile radius of my home. I called, received an amazing quote (1/2 to 1/4 less than everyone else I called) and then immediately brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning. They confirmed that the price was the same as they quoted. Because my air conditioner stopped cooling a few hours before the person tried to run me off the road and the axel was reasonably priced, I had them look at it. It was once again a lot cheaper than I had anticipated to recharge my air conditioner. My car is now super frosty! I suspected there was an additional issue other than the axel because of how much my steering wheel was drifting without actually effecting my wheels. They diagnosed that my lower arm control had been bent. They offered a reasonable quote to fix it. My car was in and out in less than three hours. I am so grateful for their help getting my car up and running again. Shes running like a champ and it is great to be fully mobile again.
