Thomas Beckner These dudes are legit. I am not a car guy, but have a 1983 Toyota FJ60 Landcruiser that often needs a tender hand. Every time I take her in, she comes out running like new. In my experience, Ralph, Frank and team are honest, fair and informative. They tell me what I have to do and what I should do (if my ship comes in.) They always provide a detailed list of work done and suggested which is great with an old truck your wife wants you to sell every winter :) Been with them for about 5 years and now I drive from the west side to see them. Maybe I’m crazy…in love.

Will Mart I like this place, Ive been coming here for a while. They are honest, nice and fast. Some staff are not very refined but after all, they are mechanics. So far very good experience.

Kaci Shires I had a great experience at J&E. The dealership quoted almost 1k for fixing something on my car so I started looking around and came across J&E. They had good reviews so I emailed and got a response back from Emad super quick with a quote almost half of that and was able to bring it in a few days later. They were quick and it ended up being a little cheaper than the initial quote I was given which is always nice lol. Emad was very nice and even recommended a place in the area to fix my recently cracked windshield. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Ali Fazel Sounds weird to say, but I’m strangely looking forward to my next visit. Cool vibe (who says that about a mechanic’s shop?), friendly, competent, fair. I had my car towed there and they were able to work on it and get issues addressed asap. They were definitely in a position where they could have taken advantage of me but they didn’t… Family run business and you can feel it!!

Robin Hosford I was ran off the road by a careless driver. Once my wheel and tire (under warranty) were replaced elsewhere, I was advised about mechanical issues that could impact my new tires warranties. I was aware that my drivers side axel was broken, so I searched for a reputable repair shop close to home. Mid City Complete Auto had the best reviews overall within a 5 mile radius of my home. I called, received an amazing quote (1/2 to 1/4 less than everyone else I called) and then immediately brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning. They confirmed that the price was the same as they quoted. Because my air conditioner stopped cooling a few hours before the person tried to run me off the road and the axel was reasonably priced, I had them look at it. It was once again a lot cheaper than I had anticipated to recharge my air conditioner. My car is now super frosty! I suspected there was an additional issue other than the axel because of how much my steering wheel was drifting without actually effecting my wheels. They diagnosed that my lower arm control had been bent. They offered a reasonable quote to fix it. My car was in and out in less than three hours. I am so grateful for their help getting my car up and running again. Shes running like a champ and it is great to be fully mobile again.

DJ Eric I stopped by Montri Auto Repair for a tire rotation on my Tesla. The whole process was fast and reasonably priced. Linda is the owner and she was amazing. Great customer service and close to my Hollywood clientele. Nice location smack in the middle of ritzy Silverlake. Go see Linda for friendly hospitality and awesome auto repairs. Back again August/26/2024 for some suspension repairs on the Ford Ranger. Amazing service & reasonable price. Thanks again Linda
