Eric Chan Lopez is one of the smartest mechanics Ive ever met. He is also very serious about his work. Maintenance costs are reasonable. I highly recommend Best Auto Service as your auto repair shop. He also buys and sells used cars.

Karl Eric G Great service at great price. Ive been coming here to get our smog checks done for the last 3 or 4 years now. Ive recently also gotten my brake fluid flush and AC recharge done for my Jeep. Very efficient and communicative. I dont need to wonder if theyre going to call me and tell me the work is done, like at the stealership. We will continue to bring our vehicles here, not just for smog checks, but for regular service as well.

Emma Chang Got an oil change for $35 and I brought my own oil and filter. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. No one tried to upsell me on anything and everyone was super friendly.

Matthew Nathan I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. Mark and his brothers are the best in the Bay Area. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with Mark and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that Toyota puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasnt a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I dont understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. Ill keep the story short. Ultimately, they didnt sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case thats what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like brand new again. Mark and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. Mark and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. I brought my car in today for a quick diagnostic—even though you were busy, you still made time to help me out. You walked me through everything clearly, used a stethoscope to rule out a lifter issue, and explained how a real lifter problem would sound. It’s rare these days to find a shop that’s honest and genuinely cares. A lot of places just try to make a sale, but here, I felt I could really trust the service. MOIZ UDDIN Tej is very good person and very knowledge, i went over there as i was getting some sort of sound from dashboard and he without checking the car said everything in detail and as we know if we go to mechanic for small problem also they say us to repair even if its not necessary but these guys are not like to that, if its needed to repair they say to us otherwise they give us good opinion. As we know ,now a days we search for good mechanics who don’t fool us and i would say this is the right place with good reviews. As for now i would keep this mechanic for my cars for sure and recommend to others as well, But i am not aware of the prices they charge, i would check it out further.
