It was my first time using this shop for my Mercedes, and they were so detailed, helpful, and accurate when it came to giving me estimates for the services, parts & labor required. They were extremely helpful & communicative from start to finish! They even spent time helping me with financing. They were prompt and on schedule, sticking to the timeline they gave me, and their service & work was all around amazing. I highly recommend this shop for all Mercedes Benz owners!

2 /5 Antonio Goncalves: The experience here was not the best. Staff members dont look at you to talk and are not friendly. I am not here to make friends, but I am a new customer and at least a good first impression you need to do as a business. Came for an oil and filter change.. they asked 1:30 hour at least ... passed already 2 hrs and still waiting on the chairs that stay outside of the building under the sun. I just ask3d why they were taking so long, so they said that they were waiting for the security locker key to check the wheels. They didnt even try to call me to ask... if I dont ask... gosh. Now, lets see if the service is good and there is no leaking after the oil change. The positive thing is that they do a complete report of your car and send it to you by text.

5 /5 Dallin Gilbert: Great service right before a big move out of state! The shop was super quick with the service and checked in with me periodically to go over what needed work. Overall great experience and they even threw in a free brake sensor that had broke from another shops work.

They went above and beyond by carefully researching what was needed for my 1997 Chevy S-10 pickup with 230k+ miles, ensuring everything was done right. On top of that, their price was very fair and transparent. I really appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto repairs.

1 /5 bryan charters: Worst service experience I have ever had in my life. Car was at Jeffers location 12 months and was picked up 3 times and told good to go making it under 300 miles each time and losing all brake pressure each time almost wrecked twice. Getting a correct diagnosis of problem took 10 months. Parts were not available for my car to fix problem and after getting a new ABS module installed final diagnosis says that was problem entire time. Now Ford where they got part won’t warranty that part cause of time even though my car has 400 miles on it since it’s install. Took it to another Redhawk Temecula to have it re- diagnosed and was given a loaner car which broke down 5 days later. Had to have towed home. They came and picked up loaner car and said it would be fixed and inquired for 2 weeks about that with no call back so I finally gave up on that. After 2 months they finally gave me my car back saying it was indeed the ABS module but can’t get a replacement. I’m out 2500$ and my car is in worse shape 14 months later than when I brought it in with dings , dents dead battery, tree sap all over car tire pressure sensor now bad on one tire and scratches that are new. During entire 14 months shops are very slow at every turn, and refuse to relay info until you call each day and leave messages after messages and still no return calls. Still waiting for my money back and will be filling a small claims case on all damages and refund of money paid unbelievable never will I use any Redhawk Auto Service again
