ric peralta I have been working with John on all my cars since 2004 if not longer. He has always diagnosed the issues and suggested which items needed urgency vs those that could be deferred a bit longer. He and his team have also reviewed cars I was thinking of buying with a pre-purchase inspection and has waived me off some nice cars (in my mind) for what they were in terms of maintenance and reliability (not the best). Judy Fein From beginning to end the service was courteous & beautifully done. I had a repair to my rear passenger door, trim on rear wheel well same side and repainting/touch up on front passenger door. Their estimate was clear. They worked with my insurance company and made the repair a fairly painless process. When I dropped off my car they called the rental car company for me to get a ride All in all this is by far the best experience I’ve had at such a shop. I was treated with respect.
