1 /5 FH: I paid for a service I didnt get and they said they did.
If I were to rate them just on their customer service theyd get 5 Stars. They have young people who seem to genuinely get along and they have a sign "the Island of Misfit Toys" with candid photos of the employees.
HOWEVER, based off the work performed they get a 1
I went in just before the big storms were to hit the area. I specifically asked of they would be putting air in the tires, my tires were low. I had tried to put air in prior to a doctors appointment but ran short on time and hoped they would when I paid for the service. The employee said yes they would.
When they were done I was shown the invoice and told the front and rear tires were inflated to 35psi. I headed out to the car and I looked at the dash to see they never touched the tires and because of the time I had to get going to work.
If they will lie about completing a service that is visibly obvious they didnt do, how can I be sure they did do the service I cant see? How do I know they really did change my oil? I have taken our Lexus, Jeep, Camaro, and other vehicles there but think its time to find a new location for service. Since I left there; after work; I have had to go to 4 different gas stations, in the pouring rain, trying to inflate my tires. All their machines have done is deflate my tires more.
I am beyond upset and appalled at the failure of the business to lie and not complete the service for which I paid and they claim they did.
