Jack Lunsford These guys are top notch. Primarily spoke to Seth and Travis, but everyone in the shop was super friendly. Ive had some hit and miss experiences with tuners across the Bay Area but the entire process at M45/Snail was just so smooth. I assumed the process would have taken the majority of an afternoon but they got me in and out in less than an hour; even after showing up a few minutes late. I’ve owned my Subaru for about 6 years now and it’s never been running this well. Absolute 10/10 for their service. Thank you Travis, Seth, and the whole team at M45!!

Kenneth Martinelli Corey and the team from Auburn Auto Doctors were great from start to finish. The estimate was clear and understandable, along with pictures of the area needing work as well as an explanation of what was needed. Corey even took me out into the shop when my truck was on the lift to show me the parts and how they were in bad condition. Corey called me when the work was done; however, he was not happy with the way one of the parts was after being installed and did not hesitate to re-order the part to get everything to his satisfaction. They also provided me with a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. After driving the truck Im very happy with the result. Thanks Auburn Auto Doctors for a job well done.....!

Dustin Byers Only giving 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option!! I was extremely happy with the level of professionalism and expertise this shop provided! I had an on going issue that multiple shops were unable to diagnose. Not only did they find the issue but they got me all fixed up and out in the same day! Highly recommend!

Allen Wes I am satisfied with the spark plug and fuel pump replacement on my Toyota Tacoma.David done a great job.

John Lee Mark and team were very good . They were able to repair my original radiator on my vintage Mustang . I highly recommend them for radiator and auto services .

I saw a coupon in the local paper for an oil change and was so impressed by Grant and Peg that I continued to bring my cars to them. Michael Thornburgh Brought in my precious ‘04 black Wrangler Rubicon for them to install a new MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust. I could not be happier with the installation, the cost, and the overall service from them. If you own an older or even a new Wrangler…or any other 4x4 and you’d like to get some “mods” installed…this is the place to go! Your best alternative to using the dealership!
