1 /5 J K N: Unreal!!! PA "Brea" wasted my time not only in office, but now come to find out the 6 months of fluconazole and my third tablet dose is not able to be picked up from the pharmacy!!!! After complaining to how I was treated by Brea to her manager, Brea calls me next day to say she has sent my fluconazole doses 6 months and 3rd tablet to walgreens pharmacy, upon trying to pick it up today, now its not going through ! All because she did NOT put in a prior auth!!!!! Im so over this yuba city office wasting my time! Its like they are stuck on a cloud of not getting jack crap done! Im over this office. If I didnt have to go here I wouldnt!!!! Im very upset! I had a 9:30am office visit and didnt leave till almost 12pm! And that was due to just a vaginal exam! She stood around waiting my life! Whats wrong with this office?!

4 /5 Nathan B.: Even with an appointment, I had to sit over an hour in the waiting room. I cant imagine the walk-in wait time, so be sure to schedule ahead. The nurses were very kind despite being so overworked. Went for an initial gender-affirming hormone therapy visit, felt genuinely understood & respected during the appt and left with a hormone prescription :)

1 /5 Odalys Lucatero: Been here before and was more then fine, but my last visit I waited maybe 25 minutes to see a physician and shorty after going in I could here the mi associate physically grudge at my insurance information part of the procedure and speaking in Spanish ab what to do. So I simply refuse to get my iud here and just left my appointment without it.

5 /5 Eliza Deed: I had a great visit today. I went in at 8:30, and was immediately provided assistance. I thought I may be having a negative reaction to the Ella pill, but after thorough attention and tests and etc, I may be experiencing a Kidney issue. The doctor wanted to try everything she could to make sure I was okay. I’m in a lot of pain, but this place was patient, sweet, thorough and more. I was scared to come due to the reviews, but very happy I did anyways. I appreciate their assistance

5 /5 Natali: Had a great experience. I can say wait times are a bit extensive but regardless of that they provide good care. Esmeralda made me feel extremely comfortable! She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out what’s going on with me in-house with out having to wait days for results. I had a great experience overall!
