1 /5 Andrew Smith: Dont take your children here. My 1yr. Old has a broken foot. They sent us away after a 2 minute evaluation without an x-ray after telling me how much work it was to take one... Now hes in a ton of pain and needs help he didnt get. We were the only ones in the ER too, which speaks to their quality of care. Nurses never told me what to do and we sat in an empty room for 20 minutes until I left. They caught me on the way out and the only medical advice I got was printed prapers with instructions on a sprained ankle.... Extremely disappointed and frustrated in all aspects of the experience. Parking was top notch though. There were a bunch of travel nurses there too, so accountability is probably lacking....

1 /5 Merri Martori: Disappointed. Waited3 hours. Was not able to walk, sudden onset for4 days, usually healthy. Was given prescription for prednisone with no blood count , ESR, etc. Was told I have gout but this happened overnight. It deserved some labs. With a history of chills, sweats, muscle aches, you don’t want to be giving prednisone unless you know what you are treating. An infection was certainly in the differential and a definite contraindication to prednisone. Not with my life, thank you. Will follow up with doctors in the community but I did not need that painful visit last nite. Should have stayed home.
