5 /5 Pam Haessly: I am in-between health insurance and have not met my newly assigned medical doctor. I felt some symptoms that did not seem normal; I haven’t firmed up my Primary doctor and what my new insurance (Covered CA) will pay, so I was skeptical and worried about what to do. I barely have any family and nobody nearby. Going to Carbon Health has been a HUGE relief to me on 2 different occasions (one year apart). I just feel SO relieved that my concerns were listened to and validated. Bottom line is.. I am in overall good health and just need to continue to keep up with maintaining it. My main concern for going there in the first place was immediately and satisfactorily addressed.

1 /5 Melanie Medeiro: I visited this urgent care today and am extremely disappointed with their service. After my consultation, they sent my prescription to a nearby pharmacy that was closed on Sunday. Realizing this, I requested the prescription be transferred to an open pharmacy—a process that should be straightforward. However, after three calls, I was informed they couldn’t process the transfer until the end of the day due to being too busy. This delay is unacceptable, especially when transferring prescriptions is typically a simple task. I am in significant pain and now have to wait an extra day for my medication. I expected better care of their patients instead of having them wait in pain for an extra day!

5 /5 Barbara Mahoney: Ive been to this office a number of times. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ive been helped many times by them. They have occasionally sent me for additional tests elsewhere. I recommend them highly!

5 /5 David Wentworth: This place is amazing. Whenever I need to get seen I can get seen immediately. The people are so professional and courteous and friendly. Any of my primary doctors that takes forever to go get seen and I have to wait around forever before I can get into the room to be checked out. Highly recommend this place.
