1 /5 Margarita Romero: Good afternoon, last week I I did a biopsy of Mom, they put a marker on me but they didnt They asked if I wanted it, they didnt explain the consequences if it moved, they said it was for life!!!!! Ive also been called because they already have the results but they say I have to wait for the company to call me. Maryn Clinics nurse or doctor!!! I need to know my results, Maryn Clinics called and they also say the same thing. Please I need my results. 1 /5 Mary Hobbs: Novato Community Hospital does not care about patients, sent me home in excruciating pain with no way to get relief from pain. Will never go there again. This why people turn to illict drugs. Thanks for the push. No one is going to help me. First vist dr. andrade seemed very nice, listened to me, but did not examine me in anyway. Second visit Dr. Jodi Very nice gave what i needed to make it thru the day. The third visit with dr. andrade no more mister nice guy. Again no exam, barley listen to me before yelling at me (in front of my daughter) i will not prescibe you any narcotices ( i had not asked for anything yet). Gave. Me an rx for something that people with high blood pressure should not take?? Obviously he did not look at my chart. I am a chronic pain suffer and have high blood pressure. When trying to leave Dr Butt and other employees (4) were working ( use the term losely), on my discharge papers and laughing. he made sure to include informatiom for rehab, my last rx for vicodin was for 90 three months ago what butt. I will die before every going to Novato community hospital. This happened over the cousre of 4 days. Check before you take an rx from these doctors.

5 /5 Shari Morgan Kotila: Super heroes. I was pampered start to finish. Even though I was fully vaccinated, I got a serious case of covid delta that required 5 days of hospitalization. I was taken care of so well by teams of COURTEOUS top notch doctors and nurses, I felt like an honored guest. Even food was yummy in new private room with big windows and a great view. If you have to be hospitalized, go here. I dont see how anyone could ever rate this hospital less than 5 full stars.

1 /5 Jennifer Federman: Horrible. I went to the ER after having a seizure while hiking. I was brought by ambulance, given a very basic neurological exam, peed in a cup, and told to leave despite being in severe pain, severe vertigo, vision coming and going, abdominal pain, nausea and chest pain. I questioned their decision saying I wasn’t given a proper exam and that I did not feel well due to the severe weakness, fatigue and disorientation that I get after having the seizures. They didn’t even do blood work to see if dehydration was an issue. I was threatened to have security take me out after the first question. . I asked a few more questions mainly because I was feeling so horrible which was a mistake because they brought in security and I was taken by wheelchair and left in the parking lot. Abusive, unfriendly and judgmental staff.I was treated like a criminal.

5 /5 Natasha Dennoun: I was sent here in January 2023 from my doctor who suspected acute appendicitis. The staff were so attentive and kind. From the ER to the OR and ward. I was in the OR within 2 hours of arriving at the hospital and the after care was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious with lots of natural light and a lovely view of the mountains from my room. It was also a quiet hospital which made it easy to relax and get the rest needed for recovery. My nurse Lydia was the best. Very kind and caring and on top of everything. I had everything I needed and didn’t need to ask for anything as it was already taken care and thought of. Thank you!
