5 /5 S P: Dr. Cohen is hands-down the best doctor Ive ever treated with. I have very complex medical issues, including fibromyalgia and many neurological symptoms. She is the only M.D. who did not dismiss me but has always listened and done everything she could to help me and is always expanding her knowledge and treatment options. I truly appreciate her as a doctor, as a person, her willingness to constantly be growing in knowledge. Sadly, I had to move from CA and am struggling now to find anyone even close to the care she gave me. Thank you, Dr. Cohen!

1 /5 Sebastian Reeve: [EDIT] Neuron Medical has deleted their reply which said they called me a work day prior to my appointment. They sent me multiple $50 no-show bills in the mail which is what led to this review. Adding a response to Neuron Medical Below and changing Star Rating to 1 Generally a OK practice, Liliana was a good doctor and was sympathetic with a lot of knowledge. Shame she works for Neuron Medical rather than having her own practice, because the group has a predatory policy to take cheap change every chance they get. Edit in response to deleted reply: I never indicated that phone was my preferred mode of contact, and I found out on a Friday about a Monday appointment giving me no time to notify the company. For some feedback, I have also seen numerous practices cancel appointments days PRIOR if it is unconfirmed. Your policy capitalizes on punishing your patients rather than solving your booking issues yourself, and as a result youve lost a patient. You could have a repeat patient and made hundreds but instead opted to sever ties over 50 dollars. No, I will keep the review up for others to know because its very relevant when choosing a practice.

5 /5 Michelle Bettis: Dr. LILIANA Cohen has been my doctor for 5 years, she is so caring and Knowledgeable. Every time I see her for my doctor appointments she always takes her time with me, explains in details whats going on and always has a solution what to do. One time I even just walked in her office and she saw me and took care of me. I even called her recently regarding my mom whose in ICU and hasnt woke up after surgery 9 days ago and she was so sympathetic and offered to call the Neurologists she has now that has been very stone face and bad bedside manners to see if she can go check on her for a 2nd opinion, as a favor for myself and my family. She is just such a wonderful caring lady and doctor with the biggest heart and best bedside manners. I would recommend her to anyone. Shes is the best in my book.

5 /5 John Mastin: She is amazing and such a great doctor. She has helped our family out so much .She has got my Mom all the tools she needed to help take care of her elderly husband. She is very knowledgable in elder care and a very caring doctor .You can tell she really cares about her patients and only wants the best for them.
