After almost a year of seeing various doctors, including many specialists, and having several different MRIs, he was able to spot what was causing my symptoms (on MRI) almost immediately. Turns out that I had a rare nerve condition that most radiologists and doctors ignore despite the numerous studies proving how this nerve condition can have devastating effects, including paralysis and loss of bowel/bladder functions. After almost 2 years of being housebound and unable to sit or stand for more than a couple minutes, I was able to undergo surgery to correct this issue. It is all thanks to this doctor for finding (and telling me) the issues on my MRI. I was only 42 when the symptoms started, and my kids basically lost a functioning mom. Thank you, Dr. Dudley! You have literally given me my life back and made it so I dont have to live every second in excruciating pain. Cant tell you enough how grateful I am for you.

Chuck Rogers The doctors and their assistants are good, but the other staff are not a pleasure to interact with. Thats on top of the fact that this organization will not accept Workers Compensation cases. I have a MRSA infection from working at a hospital (Its contract security; were neither paid well or receive good benefits). Ive had to struggle to find care ever since I discharged from Los Robles Hospital. My joints hurt weeks after getting surgery, and I cant make an appointment to see any of the doctors that I saw there. Every time I call, I get the same response: "We dont accept Medi-Cal patients, cash patients, or Workers Comp. patients." It feels as though everyone is just going to keep letting me end up in the E.R. until I either die or spontaneously recover. What a sick joke.

RobynandByron OBerry Absolutely love Conejo Children’s! As a parent, I appreciate the care and attention given to each patient. I never feel like my questions and concerns are unimportant. They genuinely have your child’s best interest at heart. I also like that someone answers the phone each time I call with limited hold times. I’ve never had a problem making a timely appointment with my provider of choice, which is Dr. Rubin. Dr. Rubin is amazing and very warm hearted. For the first time, my kids LOVE going to the doctor. Of course, they enjoy the treats and gifts given after their appointments, but Dr. Rubin listens and cares about my kids. She engages them in conversation and reciprocates/shares information to make them feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about Conejo Children’s. And I also appreciate seeing Karen at the front desk during every visit; it’s nice seeing a familiar face each time we walk in that knows you by name. Thank you to the entire staff for impacting each child “from diapers to diplomas”.

marsha tryforos I cant say enough positive about Dr. Sherry Thomas. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but stepped up and showed incredible compassion in helping my bedridden mother. When my mother became bedridden her own doctor, Dr. Patricia Lanter offered no help with her own patient in either doing the simple procedure herself or offering any advice on who could help. I contacted Dr. Sherry Thomas and without hesitation she came with her wonderful nurse Shirley to my mothers care home to do the minor procedure on her own time, free of charge! This is a true, caring, compassionate doctor. She cared about the patient that wasnt even her own and not financial. I have found there are not many HCPs that truly care about their patients. Thank you so much Dr. Sherry Thomas for your integrity and embodying what a true doctor should be and regaining my hope that there are great doctors out there!!!

S P Dr. Cohen is hands-down the best doctor Ive ever treated with. I have very complex medical issues, including fibromyalgia and many neurological symptoms. She is the only M.D. who did not dismiss me but has always listened and done everything she could to help me and is always expanding her knowledge and treatment options. I truly appreciate her as a doctor, as a person, her willingness to constantly be growing in knowledge. Sadly, I had to move from CA and am struggling now to find anyone even close to the care she gave me. Thank you, Dr. Cohen!

John White Everytime I go to Village Med, I am treated by friendly, courteous and profession front office who do Thier best to accommodate some special conditions I have. Dr. Smyle is very thorough, compassionate and listens very well. I am impressed with his detailed notes what ch gives me confidence there is a good record for when I return. Likewise, Dr. Schott is great. He is very focused, a good listener and very helpful.

Gregory Hwee I am in my mid-30s and preventive health and wellbeing is a priority for me. I have had a few primary care doctors in my time - I would say many of them were good, but none compared with Dr. Young. Dr. Young is my go-to doctor now and hope she never moves! She focuses on me as a whole person and takes the extra time to share information to keep me healthy. Very personalized medicine and care. Highly recommended!

Coral Eisenbruch Brought my cat in at 3am on New Years Eve, and was helped by Ryan, Dani, and Dr Martinez. They were quick, incredibly knowledgeable and the most sympathetic people I have ever met. Dani in particular (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) had the sweetest demeanor, and Im so grateful they were there to take care of my fur baby. For anyone complaining about expense - this is the responsibility you assumed as a pet owner. I did the math and this clinic is charging around $100/hr to take care of your pet, which includes all of their highly skilled veterinarians such as Dr Pinkerton who helped explain the remaining treatment process, their incredible and patient vet techs, their facility that is open 24/7 even on holidays, and all the required equipment and medicine to treat our pets. Im so thankful they were there to help my cat and while I hope I dont have any other emergencies, I know if I do theyll be well taken care of here at VSEC. Thank you to the whole team!!
