5 /5 Absolute Knowledge: I must say… this woman is amazing. I have experienced literally hundreds of therapist with the last 25+ years and Natalya is one of the Most Superior in her technique and craft of Deep tissue. I would highly recommend her services.

Its second to none, even having tried some of the five star hotels internationally known for massages I can say they dont come close to what Miss sweet Natalie can do I felt so relieved after a 90 minute appointment and I have been trying to make time to see her again since. Bottom line if you want a massage and dont want a back rub like it always feels with most other ones Ive tried then set a appointment with Natalie! 1 /5 Sandra Meadows: I had to call BBB, and evetyone else who had a similar experience ( which sounds like quite a few from other reviews) should do the same. Natalie is a thief. My mom got me a gift certificate which I cant use because of the odd hours of "natalies massage. My mom asked for the money back at which time natalies said she didnt know how to credit the card back so she would write a check. It took DAYS just to get Natalie to answer the phone, and now 2 weeks later, still no return of the money and we are being ghosted by Natalie. I had to block my number to get her to answer the phone a week ago at which time she also told me that she would return the money. She still hasnt and its impossible to reach her. She does not return phone calls. Also she tried to claim that she has a cancellation policy, which SHE DOES NOT! I only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option. Do not trust this person. She is extremely shady! UPDATE:1/10/24 CC did an investigation into Natalie’s business dealings with us and returned the money that Natalie tried to steal. Be careful about giving her any money up front!
