He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service. We left feeling confident in his work and safe in our vehicle. Our Vehicle had a full tune up with brake replacement, new rotors, oil change and all new spark plugs. We will definitely return for future service. Highly recommended.

Everyone in the shop is super respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and caring. Any questions that I have Sergio spends time to explain in full detail to me!! He even will explain the issue and protocol multiple times if Im still confused. I really really appreciate that, because Im just trying to learn more about my car and take proper care of it. He also is clear about all the different options that I can take!! I ordered a part online and he helped install it -- saving me about $150 overall. Super happy that I came here, and they will have a loyal customer for a long time!!

Amber Bruehl Los Angeles area can be tough when it comes to finding an honest, skilled and trustworthy auto shop. Having unexpected car troubles is never fun but I’m so happy I found these guys as a result! Best of the best. Also appreciated that they did not attempt to up-sale me on any additional services and were extra understanding and accommodating. Not only will I be using them for future auto needs but I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know in the area! A++++

Semi Oloko Love this place. Friendly staff and fair prices. Great communication and get the work done quickly! These guys have gotten me out of a bunch of car troubles and I’m so thankful. (Including when rats chewed through my wires and the dealership quoted me 3 times as much to fix it!) Highly highly recommend.

Shota Ban Been taking my cars here for over 10 years. Been working with different advisors over the years but they’ve never failed me. Not overly pushy, explains the issue and options I have for any issues. Will keep coming here

Thomas Beckner These dudes are legit. I am not a car guy, but have a 1983 Toyota FJ60 Landcruiser that often needs a tender hand. Every time I take her in, she comes out running like new. In my experience, Ralph, Frank and team are honest, fair and informative. They tell me what I have to do and what I should do (if my ship comes in.) They always provide a detailed list of work done and suggested which is great with an old truck your wife wants you to sell every winter :) Been with them for about 5 years and now I drive from the west side to see them. Maybe I’m crazy…in love.

Javier especially helped me recently going over my car with me thoroughly about body work. Javier is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy! And really did me a solid putting a part together on his spare time, no questions asked. Exactly what we all hope for in a mechanic. Very grateful ☺️

Ali Fazel Sounds weird to say, but I’m strangely looking forward to my next visit. Cool vibe (who says that about a mechanic’s shop?), friendly, competent, fair. I had my car towed there and they were able to work on it and get issues addressed asap. They were definitely in a position where they could have taken advantage of me but they didn’t… Family run business and you can feel it!!
