When I needed my front and rear brake pads replaced, I requested a quote online and got an instant response. Jeff took the time to explain what services I actually needed—and, more importantly, what I didn’t—to save me money. He was also super accommodating when I needed an earlier appointment. His honesty and expertise made it an easy decision—hes now the go-to mechanic for my moms BMW as well! More recently, I needed a battery replacement for my 2021 BMW X1. After watching a YouTube tutorial, I realized it would take me all day—and I didn’t even have the tool to register the battery. I called Jeff, got a fair quote, and asked if I could bring my own battery since BMW charges a fortune. He had no problem with it. While I was there, I also had him do an oil change. The whole process was quick—I was in and out in under an hour! Best part? I paid less than half of what the dealership wanted. Jeff has officially moved into his own shop, and while it’s a no-frills space, it’s clean, efficient, and well-run. The dealer was sketchy from first, so I made sure to request a pre-purchase inspection which I was gonna pay for and looking at the recommendations i chose Jeff and he did not fail to surprise me. He drove to the dealer and inspected the car. Within the first 10 minutes, he found two errors that were suppressed, which would have proved to be a big issue down the road. He saved me from a car that could probably have needed a couple of thousand in repairs. He was also very kind, humble and communicative. Best money spent.
