1 /5 Carlene Silva: If I could give zero stars to the facialist I would. I had a very sub par experience. The facial was suppose to be for one hour and I don’t think I received that. There were no extractions provided with the facial which I found strange and the entire experience was rushed. She could not wait to get me out of there. She barged into the room at least three times as I was getting dressed which left me extremely annoyed. To boot I was also charged 25% gratuity to cover the cost of her supplies. Very, very rude. I will not be going back and I do not recommend.
