Hair by Lupe at The Beauty Lounge
Michelle Kapnias Lupe is simply the best stylist in Redwood City. I’ve been going to her for over 15 years. I usually go in with a light idea of what I want, but I just let her work her magic. She’s super knowledgeable, pays great attention to detail and is full of excellent advice. Never disappointed. Always delighted. She is very cool and professional as well.

Chris Hajduk Angel is the best, but the last 2 times I had my hair cut by the new gentleman and he is very good! The previous guy wasnt as good, which is probably why I dont see him around anymore. July 28, 2024 Edit: There is another new employee, he is lacking confidence - gave me a medium quality haircut December 1, 2024 Edit: The previous employee is gone - had a great haircut again!!

Wendin Chrisie (Chris) My daughter is a regular of Priyas and brought me in to get a new look. Priya did an amazing job on both of us! She was so patient and really listened to what I wanted, issues Ive had with my hair, etc. I love the new cut and style and really appreciated the ideas for what to do next as it grows. The products she uses smell great and feel good in my hair. Convenient location and parking nearby was easy.

Eva Reder Amazing experience! Andrea truly knows how to cut curls. If youre struggling to find a stylist who understands what your hair needs, look no further. She asked me a lot of questions first about what Im looking for, consulted me based on my hair and curl patterns, did a dry cut, and then washed and styled it curly exactly how I like it. One of the first times I walk out of a salon and not feeling like I should rewash and restyle it at home. Plus - shes also a delightful person to spend time with.

Blackheart Shade A variety of types of salons. Waxing, facials, hair cuts/color/straightening, massage parlors and nails. Have tried a few places. My #1 favorite is Happy Salon. Ive been going to them for several years to get blow outs, color, trim, and, more recently, Japanese straightening. The couple is very friendly, understanding and listens to/does what you ask for. They have great customer service, quality and prices.
