His staff are very professional, and I want to give a special thanks to Edith for helping me resolve a particularly scary billing error with an external lab. Id recommend Dr. Hakim to anyone looking for a friendly doctor.

Raven Kurosaki Great doctors, terrible office system. My experience so far: Took more than 4 hours just to secure an appointment as a returning patient, and the system is really confusing. Receptionist relayed me to their scheduling department, who didnt seem to know what to do with me when I said I was scheduling an appointment to get tests done. Sends me to the nurse. I had to leave a voicemail each time I was sent somewhere else. Eventually the scheduling lady schedules me properly, but I still dont understand what was so complicated about this process. My name is spelled incorrectly even though I wrote down my correctly spelled name at the first visit, as I was asked to by the office staff. It was never updated in the system. I am rating this facility 2 stars only because Dr. Ali is a fantastic cardiologist who knows what hes doing. He deserves 10 stars, but dealing with this office really gives me a headache.

L W In this urgent visit to Dr Youngs office, I was seen with welcome and with curiosity, heard, symptoms examined and history pulled from my memory. Every one of the 4 women who provided an aspect of care was a valuable component of responding to my concerning symptom and moving me forwards with prescriptions and a referral to a specialist for a second opinion. It was responsive and quick: I was in and out of the office within 75 minutes of my initial phone call.

Maggie Medina Im a new patient, I called Dr. Hamiltons office to make an appointment but I was told that I couldnt get an appointment until I fill out some paperwork. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway and fill out the paperwork at my appointment and they said "NO, you have to fill the paperwork out first, then we will call you to make an appointment."! Its apparent that they care more about paperwork than actually helping people and making them feel better. With all these bad ratings that Ive see and my own personal experience with this doctors office...she (Dr. Hamilton) should lose her license and her practice due to the lack of care for peoples well being and sub par customer service. What a DISGRACE!

hadi moradi Dr Saam is my family doctor since 2017 since I moved to Orange County , she is very caring and knowledgeable and pleasant, she will always be my family doctor, she not only excellent doctor but a very good human being. Arash Mehraban They are scammers! They misdiagnosed a simple case of infection common during the winter, like the flu. They prescribed weak antibiotics (a misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment). Instead of prescribing stronger antibiotics, Dr. Arif ordered an unnecessary chest X-ray, which cost me $500, before correcting the mistake and prescribing more effective antibiotics. Never going back!
