Kelsi Hoover The Hair Parlor is inviting with bubbly and friendly people working there. It is located upstairs and has a good view. They have a bathroom for clients to use and give you the option to have a drink while you wait. The process was easy for booking and text reminders are sent out to confirm, which is super helpful! The "vibe" is very Ventura and I highly recommend! My teen daughter went to Lauren to get her hair dyed and styled. Lauren helped my daughter to feel confident in her decision. She had a Pinterest idea of what she wanted and Lauren helped her decide what color and type of dye would work best for the intended outcome she was looking for. Parking situation: The paid parking along the street was made easy through the Park Mobile app and it allows you to choose where you are parked and for how long. Although its frustrating to pay for parking, it is well worth it. The process start to finish took 2-2.5 hours and $3 in parking was well worth it.

Elizabeth Abergel Hair Apothecary is the best ! I have known Amanda for years and I highly recommend her for anyone especially women with thick , kinky hair. She is very patient when blow drying my hair and do such as good job. Her honestly and excellent service is why I stayed with her for years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re looking for a new hairstylist . She is excellent and will become your friend . She also remember your birthday and special occasions in your life So blessed to have Hair Apothecary!

She always, without fail, delivers what I ask for better than I can imagine ✨✨✨✨I recently visited her at her new location and it had been awhile between appointments (I was traveling). My hair was in dire need of some attention and care. By the time my appointment was over, not only was my hair brilliantly refreshed--- when I looked in the mirror I looked like the most vibrant version of myself which was a boost I really needed. After having seen three doctors who immediately prescribed minoxidil, it was so refreshing to sit with Libby and be able to talk through symptoms and potential causes. Just getting the validation that something has been going on and there are some straightforward ways to address it (without trying to sell me magic potions!) made me feel so much better. Leseberg Family Finally found a hair dresser who knows what she is doing! I found Salina a little over a year ago after losing faith with other stylists and several terrible failed highlighting jobs. Salina listened and asked all the right questions and then fixed my hair to look "naturally" blonde again. After a couple amazing highlighting appointments, I was confident enough to try a new hair cut! I received and continue to receive so many compliments on the color and cut that I look forward to seeing Salina so she can keep me looking fantastic! Salina is awesome with cuts, color, highlights, balayage, scalp messages and blowouts.

Alexx Pryjma I wanted to find a local salon and A Secret Place was recommended to me by an acquaintance. My initial phone call to the salon was very informative. Jade did my hair and she put me at ease by taking her time to ask questions and talk me through potential cuts and color. I cant think of a stylist who has taken that much time to make sure I was comfortable. Im so happy with the results! Jade also put extra effort in to explain how to style the new cut and to recommend products to me. I had a fabulous experience at A Secret Place!
