Haley Cornett Jeanine is amazing! I thought I was going to have to shave my head to erase all the damage in my hair. But after listening to me she was able to provide a beautiful, low-maintenance cut without having to take much off at all. My hair feels lighter and livelier, and she gave excellent recommendations for nursing my hair back to good health. 12/10 beautiful & clean salon, nice people, I felt right at home and I love my hair again.

Erin Thompson I’ve been getting my hair done here with Kelsey and Becky for a few years now. They are both so sweet and good at what they do! Highly recommend Kelsey for your vivid colors and Becky for classic colors. Love them!

Trinidad Prezzavento Nicole did an absolutely amazing job coloring my hair! She is not only incredibly talented but also so sweet and attentive throughout the entire process. Kelsi Hoover The Hair Parlor is inviting with bubbly and friendly people working there. It is located upstairs and has a good view. They have a bathroom for clients to use and give you the option to have a drink while you wait. The process was easy for booking and text reminders are sent out to confirm, which is super helpful! The "vibe" is very Ventura and I highly recommend! My teen daughter went to Lauren to get her hair dyed and styled. Lauren helped my daughter to feel confident in her decision. She had a Pinterest idea of what she wanted and Lauren helped her decide what color and type of dye would work best for the intended outcome she was looking for. Parking situation: The paid parking along the street was made easy through the Park Mobile app and it allows you to choose where you are parked and for how long. Although its frustrating to pay for parking, it is well worth it. The process start to finish took 2-2.5 hours and $3 in parking was well worth it.

Alexx Pryjma I wanted to find a local salon and A Secret Place was recommended to me by an acquaintance. My initial phone call to the salon was very informative. Jade did my hair and she put me at ease by taking her time to ask questions and talk me through potential cuts and color. I cant think of a stylist who has taken that much time to make sure I was comfortable. Im so happy with the results! Jade also put extra effort in to explain how to style the new cut and to recommend products to me. I had a fabulous experience at A Secret Place!

Alex Zinik My only regret is that I didnt find Kristi sooner in my life! I now have the hair of my dreams and I couldnt be happier. After years of low self esteem and wearing uncomfortable unnatural looking clip ins, Kristi worked her magic, spun me around in the chair, and when I looked in the mirror I was happy with what I saw for the first time in my adult life. Kristi is so incredibly talented, experienced & knowledgable at her craft. She took the time to explain everything in depth to me during my first visit so I knew exactly what to expect when she applied my extensions. She is honest, acts with integrity, and truly has her clients best interest in mind. She truly is an artist. She is intentional l about every single hair she places on your head. She used several colors to create the perfect blend for me and placed my extensions in a way that went with the natural pattern of the way my hair grows. My extensions feel and move in a way thats completely natural. Kristi did such an amazing job with them Ive been able to throw my hair in a pony or high bun without any sign of my extensions showing. Its the best feeling ever!! And to top it all off, Kristi is one of those people with just overall good uplifting energy & positivity. I am so grateful I found her.

Milo Mae theyre great, theyre very very sweet, every receptionist is very nice. melanie is awesome and she does amazing with designs and hand art, shes also super nice and really fun to chat with, makes the time go by super super fast. antoinette is really nice too, very friendly. nuvia is super nice and really feels like a friend when you talk to her. everyone ive ever seen there is absolutely awesome and super sweet. amazing place, i come here each time i want my nails done!
