She makes sure Im as comfortable as can be under that heat ball I typically dread, offering a beverage and ottoman. You can tell an expert from an amateur not only by the cut and color skills but by the shampoo. I love her humor and conversation. Shes not a bore!! Shes funny and the whole experience is enjoyable. The salon is also very pleasing. Its clean, stylish, and ever-changing, so its like a new salon all the time! Worth every cent! I highly recommend Krystal...and shout out to Carolynn!
