Courtney Neelon Ive been going to Weeds for several years. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. My stylist Jessica does a great job bringing my Instagram inspiration hair to life. I can always count on her to be real with me on what looks good and doesnt. She makes sure that I am happy with my cut before I leave and makes time for me to get in the schedule as needed. Weve been together through many cuts, colors, and blowouts. Their new line of products is incredible. I love going here and you will too!

Elise Darwish Eryn and her team did a great job helping me grow out my grey hair. They not only explained every step and made my hair look great at every stage, but Eryn understood and supported the change of having my hair reflect my age.

Taylor N Daniella was awesome and gave me an amazing haircut. I hadn’t gotten a haircut in two years because I really disliked and was discouraged by my last haircut (different salon), and Daniella was super willing to listen to my concerns and what I wanted. I will for sure be coming back!

Amanda Joseph Hands down the best experience I’ve had in a black hair, or any hair, salon. I say black hair because we ALL know the rundown when you book an appt for a press and there’s 2 people in front of you, and 2 people behind you- and two getting done while you are! Not strut! I had my OWN time slot BOTH times I visited. Once I got the curly girl deva cut by Carmen and next time I got a cut and press by Antoinette. I could go on and on, the shop is clean and intimate, and they give you a CLEAN robe to put on, they offer water... etc. i also received a hair consultation both times, and I could tell that both women are very knowledgeable about hair, true students of their craft. I am just really impressed! Highly recommend this place.

Andrea Dunlap This new location is so beautiful!! I might need to get my hair cut more often! Update: I came twenty minutes early to take advantage of the tea selection and the sun-drenched, plant-filled space to chill for a minute. And then as usual, got a fantastic haircut. Update: they are here for you if youre ready to chop it all off or if youre going long!

Dina Yared This is an amazing salon, and I’m so glad I found it when I did! I injured both wrists in an accident, and I needed help washing my hair, especially since my hair is so thick and curly. Bertha washed, conditioned, detangled and styled my hair every week for a month. I can’t thank her enough for the kindness she showed me, and for helping me with my hair throughout my recovery process. If you are looking for a salon, look no further! Book with Bertha!

As a bonus, she really understands how to make your natural texture come to its full potential. My wavy hair consistently looks awesome year-round thanks to Amy! Jennifer Byrne So, I found this gem when my hair got botched at a Supercuts. I was the type of girl with long hair that only get their haircut once a year. Never was an issue until IT BECAME AN ISSUE. Jasper saved me the 1st time in correcting my haircut while hanging on to as much length as possible and I was forever grateful! He explained what was wrong with it, gave me options, and really took his time with the process and styled it to perfection. The second time I sat in their chair was when I made the WORST decision by not returning. I work in SF and had virgin hair and wanted a big change so I decided to get a balayage at a salon on Polk street. My hair turned into a bumble bee with a tinge of greenish hues and awful highlighting. I was traumatized! I decided to reach out to my lifeline and made my appointment at the RIGHT salon. Not only did they have to correct a horrendous color job but also a bad haircut once again. One side was longer than the other. Mrs. Tat Tat came in for the W! She truly is an artist, magician, and hero. Thank you both so much for your patience and magic hands. I can firmly say I will NEVER go anywhere else but L’Amor Salon and you should too. You will genuinely appreciate the abilities of their entire team!!! I feel so confident, back to my usual self and ready for my 40th birthday and upcoming wedding!
