2 /5 Stefan Radosevic: No Service for Costumers!!
Im writing on behalf of my friends (two girls), who went there on october 13th for mani- and pedicure.
Both of them were satisfied with the pedicure and the eyelash extension.
Then, unfortunately, one of the girls got a manicure from a male employee, we dont know his name.
She gave an exact explanation of how she wished her nails. During the process, she talked to him several times in terms of the nails to be sure about the correctness of the treating, but it seemed like he was ignoring her.
Once he finished my friend was repeating herself that the nails arent like she wanted and payed to. After this critic the employee got mad and uset and began to discuss with my friend until he began to just block her and shaked his head negationly.
Thank to the nice female cashier my friend got back 50% of her already spent money for his work.
Just a pity how a employee cant handle a critic, nor cant talk to his costumers.
