Kemberly Cantero I used to be a frequent customer but temporarily stopped due to an incident I had a couple months prior. I chose to go back because I refused to let one bad experience stop me from a really good nail salon. I want to say the misunderstanding came from a language barrier so I went back and everyone who works there has always been very kind and professional. They remembered me from the last time and they went above and beyond for me to make me feel like a valued customer. I was able to show a picture reference and then I was assisted by a very skilled nail technician who did a beautiful job. Thank you Lees Nail & Spa for making me feel welcomed and surpassing my expectations. My nails are beautiful and I appreciate the love and understanding that I felt today when I went into your business. I highly recommend.

marcia kostos This business was recently sold. Used to be TK Nails. Tammy was the owner and it was a great salon. Been going there for 25 years. Now has new owner and I won’t go back. English is definitely second language. Had a mani pedi. I was told my bill was $48, I paid, and as I’m walking out the door all the gals are yelling stop…wait…. Then told I owed $10 more dollars. I didn’t bother questioning it as no one would comprehend anyway, so I just paid the extra. Not worth the effort to me.although super convenient, I’ll find somewhere else. The whole salon just isn’t up to par with the former establishment in my opinion.

Karen Bankhead Very friendly and excellent service! We are always satisfied with the result and they are very kind and accommodating with our elderly mothers. Easy to make an appointment and they are generally on schedule. Highly recommend!!

Latisha Bender I came to JadeBo Nails for a full set with Tom and a pedicure with T. They were so kind, welcoming, and professional. The customer service was top tier. My nails were perfect. The nail salon is beautiful and large so there is plenty of room for the customers. They have an endless variety of nail colors and options. I would refer anyone! GG Sauvage Henry and Hana were amazing! They have impeccable attention to detail and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Great energy, great work, and great prices :) I also love that they open early! I will be back for sure. (I had gel removal on nails and toes, builder gel on nails, get mani & pedi, plus French tip design on nails and all of that was only $95!)

Katherine Twomey First time at this nail salon and I was very impressed. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I got structured gel nails and a gel pedicure and both were absolutely fantastic! I used to always do dip at other salons and it always looked thick and chunky this structured gel looks beautifully thin and even and it is still as strong as the dip. They did great shaping and cuticle work too! I would definitely recommend going here! : )

De Wolf Sam (saamdew) I never leave reviews but just had to because this place is the best! Everyone is always so incredibly nice and I’m always so happy with the results. My gel manis/pedis always last like a month and I’m always getting compliments. Plus they have sooo many cute colors to choose from! Thank you all so much ❤️

Jen Pinto I’m so happy I found this nail salon! I work in jewelry so I have to have my nails right ALL the time but getting them done isn’t always the most relaxing experience. I’ve tried many salons in Pasadena but this is the only one I’ve found (in my opinion) that is good quality work paired with a nice environment. I actually leave feeling like I did some self-care for myself, I feel good, I feel happy with my set. That’s all thanks to the lovely, talented women who work at the salon and the environment they cultivate. I’ve found my nail spot and I recommend It!

Carolyn Patterson The people who own and run this salon are friendly, reasonable and very good. They offer all the services youd expect at a nail salon, including "deluxe" pedicures with lovely scrubs and lotions. They always remember me. What I like is that they respect each client. If you are talkative, they will engage with you. If you want to be quiet, they respect that intuitively. Ive gone several times and always receive excellent care.
