1 /5 John Arellano: Had an appointment set up with Jordan “the owner” for a Saturday, even set it up five days in advance. Was going on vacation the following Monday so wanted to look extra crispy. 30 min before the appointment I get a notice saying it was cancelled. If that what kind of customer service the head of shop gives I’d hate to see how the tail is. Will not be booking with them again.

5 /5 Kamaka Baculpo: I just moved to Vallejo so Ive been scoping around for a new barber and Six will be my guy. Told em I want to combover my hair when it grows out, and he was good with it and then he asked where I had my haircut last and it was at a barbershop in Vallejo & he said man they messed you up lol but now it wont be messed up anymore. Highly recommend just make an appointment in advance, Ive been lazy to do it but I gotta start doing it so I dont rush to crop barbershops looking like trash.

1 /5 Ana Limas: Disappointed, they are nonprofessional service at all, re calling the appointment by the barber after I paid online!! he “suggested “ to go to his home in Fairfield instead of the barber shop, then he recalls to say he’s late… at the end he didn’t know how to cut the hair! It was a waste of time!!
