Josh & Carrie Brook I have been going to Cecelia’s for many many years. She is the best! She’s so sweet and so nice. When my hair was damaged she took the time to show me how short it would need to be in order to grow back healthy. I trust her completely with my hair and I have had many styles over the years from long cuts to short cuts and perms. Sometimes I have gone to her and said I don’t know what I want so I’m giving you free reign and I LOVE my new look every time. Her work is worth every amount that I spend.
