1 /5 Jake Zuniga: I’m not usually one to share poor reviews but this I believe warrants the attention. Took my car in to get it all situated before a road trip. AAA was convenient and close to work. I made the decision to change the water pump (Pulley was worn). Not even two days later I could smell coolant and sure enough there was a crack in the upper radiator. (Did not have this issue prior to arriving at their facility). I know they need to remove it in order to change the water pump, and in doing so, most likely damaged the radiator during the repair. When I took it back, they claimed they were not at fault and they could fix it for $800 after paying them $1200 to fix the pump in the first place. Even if they offered to fix it for free, I would not take it back to them. I’m just leaving this review for any future customers.
