Lorella Gillis Like many others passing through on the long and lonely stretch of I5 we found our (ususally) trusty steed in need of service. Locals pointed us toward the trustworthy folks at Penners. Jerry provided excellent service and sent us to the lovely park down the way to pass the time with our dramatic husky doggo. The service was quick, friendly and accurate. We dont live in the area, but we will try to time break downs as we passed through Orland in the future. Thanks!

Ashlee Veneman Ive now been to this location a few times, and wow, I doubt Ill go elsewhere. Hands down some of the best customer service Ive experienced, especially for vehicle service. Not only is every rep and tech Ive worked with so helpful and friendly, but their operation is extremely organized, their prices were extremely competitive (the best in my area for sure), theyre always happy to do a quick tire pressure or service check (even as a walk-in) free of charge. Very impressed with this place and happy to give them my business!
