Roberto E. I had the unfortunate experience of breaking the pivot ball on my Nissan 350z at Thunderhill Raceway. I could no longer engage the clutch system and the pedal was stuck to the floor. Since it was on a weekend, no shops were open in 50 mile radius except for JnJ Automotive. I called and they welcome me at ease and requested for I to tow my vehicle to them. Within an hour, they found the problem and gave me the best approach on how to fix it and what options i had to prevent any other issues in the long run. Since it was a 19 year old vehicle with 155K miles, it was best to replace the clutch system since I plan to track this year. Within days, the car was ready to go! Kathie Moloney Service light came on for an oil change but I still had several 1000 miles to go. Called and was invited in to have my car looked at. Turns out the Service light was not adjusted. They updated the status, refilled fluids and washed my car for the inconvenience. I will definitely use R & R Service again

Not only is every rep and tech Ive worked with so helpful and friendly, but their operation is extremely organized, their prices were extremely competitive (the best in my area for sure), theyre always happy to do a quick tire pressure or service check (even as a walk-in) free of charge. Tim learned his trade from Frank, his dad. The quality of his work is top notch and Tim goes out of his way to please his customers. Highly recommended.
