1 /5 Nicole Madison: Horrible service from reception here. I have worked in reception, in the service & hospitality industry, and working with the general public for over a decade. I know how difficult people can be to work with, so keeping that in mind I really appreciate receptionists and am respectful and courteous whenever I make a phone call.
This is the second time here when Ive been blown away by the rudeness with the same receptionist. Ive called to schedule a simple appointment and had such a hostile, negative attitude on the phone Im honestly shocked. I guarantee any other establishment would fire someone on the spot for the way Ive heard her talking to people. This last time I called I put it on speaker and both my husband and in laws were incredulous at the way I was spoken too. We are now looking to speak to management and file a complaint, I understand working directly with customers may not be for everyone but if you are upset while you are working its completely inappropriate to verbally take that out on a completely unsuspecting client.
