Christelle Maniez I can confidently say it was the best massage I’ve ever received! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. My masseuse was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my preferences and respected my request for a lighter pressure throughout the session. It was refreshing to have someone genuinely attentive to my needs, focusing on all parts of my body with just the right amount of care and technique. I left feeling completely rejuvenated! The pricing was incredibly fair for the quality of service I received. I’ve been to other places that charged significantly more for a less satisfying experience, so this was a delightful surprise. If you’re looking for a place that offers tailored massages in a serene environment, I highly recommend Crystal Cove. I can’t wait to return for another session!

Zheng花爷 This is my third time to come to this shop for manicure. In fact, every time they are very attentive and considerate, but this time the manicurist who served me really made me like her so much. She patiently helped me choose the color. This color was my first time trying to do it. At first I thought it might fail again, but after it was done, I was very surprised. The overall effect was really good, including the nail shape. Heavenly Nail Spa

Mariama I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff is incredibly detail-oriented and truly cares about both the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Nails By Michelle

coco svindland I was in Palo Alto for a trip and needed my nails done so I came here. What I can tell you is that Michelle is so amazing!!! I called her in the morning and she got me in quickly! I also was able to text her the color and length I wanted beforehand, and once I got there she had a few swatches for me to pick from! She is very skilled and efficient and I such a nice time talking with her. Her studio is also very clean and comfortable. I will defiantly be coming back when I’m back in town!

Jolie* worked her magic on my Gel X nails with a chrome finish, and they turned out absolutely stunning. A special shoutout to Annie and the rest of the hardworking team for their kindness, efficiency, and top-tier service. As a loyal customer for over three years across the Bay Area, I truly appreciate how they always make me feel like a beautiful, confident lady. linda love Love this place!! Sandy was super sweet and provided amazing service! I was eating across the street at Son & Garden and noticed the nail shop. I like how clean and simple the nail shop looks. The price is fair to me (compare to San Francisco) plus they have cute add-on spa feature such as pumpkin latte lotion or this peppermint oil during the manicure massage. Sandy was fun to talk to and she made my nails look super cute! They have tons of gel nail color and cool designs! They really focus on toxic-free and natural products. I would definitely come back!

Kims Nail Care

Natalie I really enjoyed my experience at Kims Salon (now at 174 University ave). I got my gel nails removed and she and Tammy took time and care doing it. Will be back! The salon is also lovely, with nice wood finishes and is very clean.
