I walked in close to closing—without an appointment—after a rough day, and the team welcomed me with open arms. Jolie* worked her magic on my Gel X nails with a chrome finish, and they turned out absolutely stunning. A special shoutout to Annie and the rest of the hardworking team for their kindness, efficiency, and top-tier service. As a loyal customer for over three years across the Bay Area, I truly appreciate how they always make me feel like a beautiful, confident lady. If you’re looking for exceptional nails at great value, I highly recommend this location!

2 /5 Julia Yarygina: I want to preface this review by that I have been to this nail salon before and had a great experience that’s why this was a two star review. When I went on 10/30 I didn’t have a great experience. First of all I had an appointment at 5:30, and I wasn’t able to be serviced until 5:45. I completely understand that and didn’t mind it. But since the nail tech was rushing to make up the time she was on edge and not careful. During my cuticle removal process, she squeezed the lemon that was in the cuticle water on my dry hands and my hands were burning. Then, when it was time to apply my gel polish she was rushing so fast I felt like my nails were not cured properly. I tried to bring that up but she assured me that they were. Additionally, I went with a friend who had someone else and she had a great experience. She even got a hot towel at the end of her service and my tech just ran away without giving me a hot towel. Which if my nails were done properly I wouldn’t have minded that. But it’s been less than 1 day and my nail is peeling off and another one is chipped. I have gotten gel nails done for years and this has never happened to me before.

5 /5 Jenna Roth: Jolie at Kitchen Nail Bar is my go-to. I’ve been going to Jolie for over a year. She is fast, efficient and always uses the highest quality products. I never have any chipping or broken nails, and never have to go back for her to fix anything. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes great care of me, advising and educating me on what would be best (acrylic, builder gel, etc). Jolie is amazing! And everyone else at the salon is friendly, kind & fun. I love going every few weeks!

5 /5 Emily Love: Best nail salon in the bay!! They are so quick and do an AMAZING job. I usually hate getting my nails done but I actually enjoy it here. They also have such a big salon with plenty of staff so I have never had a problem getting seated quickly even with a walk in! Highly recommend!!

She took the time to ask exactly what I wanted and, since I’m often unsure about what to do with my nails, she gave me great options. I’m trying to grow my nails, so she recommended Gel X and showed me some beautiful nail polish choices. While working on my nails, she even offered me a drink and gave me her full attention the entire time. I’ve never received such amazing service before! I absolutely love it here and will definitely be coming back to Christina.
