S P Dr. Cohen is hands-down the best doctor Ive ever treated with. I have very complex medical issues, including fibromyalgia and many neurological symptoms. She is the only M.D. who did not dismiss me but has always listened and done everything she could to help me and is always expanding her knowledge and treatment options. I truly appreciate her as a doctor, as a person, her willingness to constantly be growing in knowledge. Sadly, I had to move from CA and am struggling now to find anyone even close to the care she gave me. Thank you, Dr. Cohen!

Sandra Bentley Dr. Feldman is a one of a kind medical provider. I’ve been a patient of hers for almost a decade. Her office staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. They always go above and beyond. Claudia and Aria are very compassionate, professional, and Our real assets to the practice.I really respect and admire Dr. Feldman’s desire to always know about the most current technology, testing and studies. She is a great resource for referrals, specialists, and alternative medicine. Dr. Feldman really takes her time with patients, it is not uncommon for her to spend over an hour with me Dr. Feldman‘s bedside manner is warm and friendly, she is very easy to talk to. Her whole body approach to medicine is not the norm. She looks at and takes into account not just your physical well-being, but also mental well-being. As a bonus, she also makes me laugh. I wish there was a higher scale than five stars because that is what I would give her and all of her staff.

Steven Modolo I have been struggling for many many months with issues. I have been getting the run around by multiple doctors about treatment for my butt issues and they were all unable to come up with a reasonable diagnosis or plan for recovery. Dr. Rosenfeld and his staff were unbelievably helpful. My concerns were all heard and addressed immediately. Not only were they able to see me SAME DAY, but they created a treatment plan for me immediately, prescribed me medication and provided me with a diagnosis for treatment that will allow me to heal. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Thousand Oaks Proctology and Dr. Rosenfeld for providing me with some of the most caring and generous care I have ever received in the medical industry. I am only a day into my treatment and feel incredibly confident that we are on the right track towards getting better. John White Everytime I go to Village Med, I am treated by friendly, courteous and profession front office who do Thier best to accommodate some special conditions I have. Dr. Smyle is very thorough, compassionate and listens very well. I am impressed with his detailed notes what ch gives me confidence there is a good record for when I return. Likewise, Dr. Schott is great. He is very focused, a good listener and very helpful.

Irene Garcia Best urgent care ever. I have been going here for years. The excellent service starts at the front desk with the sweetest front desk. Doctor and the nurse work extremely well together and I never have to wait in the room to be seen. The service is fast and the proper care and treatment is given immediately if they are able to perform the service in office. The staff makes me feel 100% comfortable ever single time I have been here. I will continue to be a patient here for all my urgent/emergency needs. Thank you West Oaks Urgent Care!

Sabree Hamel I Traveled to Los Robles Medical Center to have a cardiac ablation By Dr. Natale, Aided by practitioner, Kelley McKenna. Since learning about this team, I have gotten more help more information than the full year plus I’ve been helped locally. I know that with my long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation My best hope for thorough results was with Dr. Natale and two weeks later I feel the same. I will return for my next procedure a Watchman implant, without hesitation. The staff at Los Robles was stellar. Shout out to the following people and more that I’ve forgotten names. I’m so sorry. Prep & surgery : Kristen, Pam, Sheena, and especially Jose whose jovial personalty throughout and big smile was the first thing I saw when waking up. Kyle, Resident anathesiologist who kept me pain free & still breathing. My care team during recovery,: Daniel & Mariselle, & especially Zack, RNs. Patti Carr The last place I wanted to be was at the hospital but Dan S. (The mid-level) took amazing care of me. He had to stitch up my face in 2 different places after a fall and you can’t even tell where the stitches were! He did an amazing job and deserves all the recognition! He is a great asset in the Los Robles ER.

Tonette Barcellona Dr. Auerbach at Southern California Orthopedic Institute is an amazing doctor. He is excellent in his field. Kind and listens to you and explains everything well. Appreciate him.
